CVS

No need to improve much. Employees are always helpful and pleasant. Pharmacy techs are knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Shopping at CVS is always a relaxing, pleasant shopping experience.

Cvs is fine. Just like any other small store. Most complaints are the customers unrealistic views on how they'd like to be serviced. Employees are hard to keep, wages are up, staff is less, get used to it. Generally happy people don't seek out venting. Get a life.
Kurt Arkangel, so what was your question? To go on a rant like that & not post what your big question was, seems pretty sketchy. I'd think you'd want that out there! What could you not figure out on your own?

Quick friendly service. When a line formed another checkout opened up right away.

Love the pharmacists. Only one technician that seems to have an attitude daily. Others are super friendly. I love my pharmacy staff. Always remember me. Please stop under scheduling them so they get so slammed on a fri night. Thanks.

I love this store. I find the staff to be courteous and helpful.

I don't understand everyone's issue with this cvs, I've been getting scripts from this cvs for at least 9 years, they have a job to do and are busy so they can't fill your meds in front of you that second, use your brain. They serve more then just you. Every time I go I drop off my prescription, they say it will be about 15 mom's but it's never that long...there always nice respectful and professional , there was a time where my insurence wasn't going thru, so they actually gave me a few pills to last me fee days until it went thru, and it was a narcotic, also a time where they were out of the amount of meds I needed and again gave me few days worth until their product came in. So in all fairness , I think you guys are the pompous ones who always expect to be served ASAP any place you go..it dosnt work like that .

Always courteous and kind. Cannot ask for better service.

Convenient location. Always find what I'm looking for, and almost always have a coupon to use, loaded on my card.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and always been treated respectfully by the Pharmacy Department. I can say the store staff at times have been inpatient, however they may have other reasons for being that way but I feel customers should be treated as you would want to be treated. One other thing; I'm disappointed on the stocking of products. Many times I have shopped there they are out of the item I'm looking for and that does get frustrating....if they would improve keeping shelves stocked then it's a great store.

The building often isn’t super clean, but the Pharmacists are usually friendly to us.
