Fast friendly helpful and knowledgeable service staff. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. There were options available for me choose from. The store was very clean and well maintained. Everything was well organized and easy to find. I had a very positive experience and purchased exactly what I needed.

We have bought auto parts here for years and plan to continue to do so. Good prices, very helpful, friendly staff. If they don't have it, which is rare, they'll get it fast. If you have a question, they walk out to your vehicle and answer it so that the less mechanically inclined, like me, can usually understand it.

We were on a road trip from Wichita Kansas to Cabot Arkansas when our alternator went out. We stopped here after all the mechanic shops were closed, and they helped us get to Cabot. They also gave us tools to help us change out battery if we went out on the side of the road. Amazing people, 5/5, and thank you guys

The one on Arch St wasn't polite and I'm in there all the time....I bought an extension magnet and it broke same day....it was 13.00 and they didn't have n e more.in still so I just left irritated at employee for not informing me of the 3 days it would take for me to get my refund deposited back on my card. Left me very upset n felt it was done in bad taste . I WILL NOT BUY FROM THAT SMART*** UNPROFESSIONAL DELIBERATE PRICK. Im not the only one treated with an smartass attitude that Monday. Anyway. Maybe Deb needs to tighten up her ship over there...js

These guys saved the day for us. Stranded with broken brakes and having a hard deadline. After calling a bunch of places who couldn't get the parts in time, we finally found O'Reilly just up the street. They not only got the parts, but they also gave us a lift back to our stranded wehicle. Soo grateful.

Excellent customer service and the staff were very friendly.

They were able to quickly get what I needed, and they even installed it for me. Granted, it was just a windshield wiper blade and an oil cap, but they did install the blade for me.
