Walmart Neighborhood Market

This review is for the pharmacy. My doctor called a prescription in 20 minutes before closing and I called to see if I could pick it up before close. Rhonda assured me she would have it ready before close even if I had to wait a bit. The staff were so sweet when I arrived. I ended up having an embarrassing coughing fit due to a dry throat and the woman at the register got me water while I was waiting for my insurance information to be input. Everyone was so kind and not at all judge mental. The pharmacist explained my meds thoroughly but quickly and was warm and kind. This might be one of the best customer service moments I’ve ever experienced.

On the way, to my uncle’s house off of belt line… my family and I stopped by this neighborhood Walmart to purchase items for our visit. The overall experience was amazing to me.

Stumbled on this store passing through & was pleasantly surprised. Although the outer appearance looked like an old Walmart, the inside was great, clean, stock & good grocery selection. Was not overcrowded and getting through the checkout was quick…….nice job! Staff were pleasant………

Like this Walmart better than the supercenter for sure. It’s not as packed ! People are not as rude.

They are the most friendly people ever. I love their customer service. They remember customers and offer solutions rather than problems. J got prescribed a new medication that was not generic the pharmacist helped me find a coupon that brought the price down to $0.00.

Love ordering and paying in advance. Associates bring items to the car. Hurray!!!

I work long hours and I just knew since I waited to the last minute to shop for Thanksgiving that there wouldn’t be much to choose from. Well I was wrong. Kudos to the staff for having the store fully stocked and courteous employees available WiTH a SMILE to assist me. They didn’t just tell me to go look over there but twice I asked for assistance and one manager and assistant manager walked me directly to the display. One associate appeared to be leaving or on break and she assisted me as well. The other thing that stood out to me other than the cleanliness of the store was the lines were not long due to more lanes being opened. Great job to whoever planned this day. You guys were ready, Thank you to the cashiers who smiled, welcomed there customers and asked did we find everything ok. As a supervisor myself I watch a lot. Giving and receiving great customer service is essential and always important to me. Way to go Cedar Hill Neighborhood Walmart Team!!!!

I am Visiting here in Dallas Texas because of the Death of my Brother only 62yrs old unexpected from Cancer. I live in PA.near Pittsburgh. This Walmart was fine we found the items we needed. But a lot smaller then we are use to. Thank Goodness 😊 for Walmart you can always count on them having the things you need.

The store was nice but one of the teen cashier's was very rude to her supervisor. The supervisor only asked her to get in her register and take to her Co-worker on break or lunch. Some of these young people are so disrespectful.

We use this pharmacy for all our meds. Would not use any other. Pharmacist is very helpful and has assisted my family to a better direction or cost or drug ,if available at that time

I love shopping at this store. It is just the right size to get in and out quickly. Parking is usually available close to the door. The workers are friendly and the store is well stocked. They have a nice gluten free section for those who need it.

I'm in love with papaya! They have a good selection of fruit. Everything is neat and organized and I love how when I asked where something was they didn't point instead they were like follow me!!!!°

She greeted with a smile. She asked about my day. She was quick and swift. She thanked me for coming in. I love this kind of service.

Great, but don't really like the fact that the majority of the registers are self check out, it's OK for a few items but could be a big problem on a weekend day when a lot of people are grocery shopping, other then that it's a nice store.

I get my groceries from the pick up service and my life has gotten so much easier. Convenience is a huge selling point. They aren't ghetto like other ones either, the employees are polite and smiling.

I went to the pharmacy this weekend to pick up my husband prescription and it was expensive i couldnt afford to pay for it, i didnt know what to do? But MAAYA the tech helped me she found a coupon for me. She was a saver!! She was patient and polite. What a great place to be shopped!! I am willing to transfer all our families medication from CVS to here beacuse of their great services and team work😍

Ms Q was so helpful when my billfold fell from my purse, had to go back to car to get it. She consol me because I was upset about it. She ask the helpful co-worker Samantha to assist me with packing up groceries and suspending my transaction. Cudoes to this neighborhood market staff for being so patient. Lasting impression.

Love them. In a crunch for time. Went in and shopped really fast. They had everything I needed and more. It's hard to go in and get what you need and come out with that item. Thanks! Iove you guys!!
