Walmart Supercenter

I was traveling for work and realized I had forgotten my phone charger. It was just before 8 pm when I headed to the electronics department. As u was standing in front of the rack of chargers, the electronics department employee stopped to ask if she could help. She listened to what I wanted, recommended a couple of options, and then got me quickly checked out. I rarely have store employees come to me to see if I need help. This was fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Chloe did an excellent job picking colors for my hair. I wanted a change and she gave me exactly what I wanted she trimmed my hair but Kept my length. I have had several compliments on my new look. I would highly recommend going in and see if Chloe or one of her coworkers can give you that boost and make you feel great. Thanks so much Chloe! Ur the best. It's just what I needed. Great employees. The cashier that checked me out had a wonderful attitude and they are also truckers friendly. This Walmart is one I don't mind spending my money at!

I'm never disappointed. The produce department bends over backward to always help me. And grocery pick up is fantastic! It's like a family reunion!

Most times there it's not really busy except near first of the month. I like going later at night seems less crowded. Greaters are friendly but seems about half the time there is no electric carts for disabled during the day. Seems there's only 8 carts 4 at each entrance. At night seems the kids from college are hores playing on them taking away from those who need it. They need to some how get a little better control over the usage by thise to lazy to walk. I myself use one and if not available I walk leaning on the buggy and limit how much I walk. But I guess each store has its own problems like that. So overall it's not a bad store and way better than others I've been in.

Walmart is good source for certain things we need. It is also near other places we shop.

This might well be the cleanest, most polite Walmart in America. The place gleams, and the employees are so very nice. From the lovely older lady, who actually saw me limping, and asked me to wait while SHE got me an Amigo buggy, to the young man overseeing the self checkout (very polite), who offered to help me get to my car with my purchases, just a wonderful experience.

With Christmas coming the store seems well stocked, and orderly. The self checkouts were easy to navigate and there were cashier's standing the registers. Parking somewhat congested but ample.

I love Walmart I get what I need. And people are so nice.

I only planned to get a few things, but ended up getting more than I could carry. Rick in the pet dept was very helpful and friendly! Even though he had work to get done with stocking supplies. He noticed me with my hands full and then went to get me a cart. If all employees were like this everywhere I can not doubt all customers would be pleased! Great experience!

People at the windows are super friendly, but I am friendly to them, so that probably helps. Why be grumpy at people just doing their job, smile, it does not hurt! I love the dollar drinks, and go there often for them! If you have the app right now you can get a coffee for a dollar too! And YES you should have the APP! So many great deals on there. Down side, food is to greasy for me. And they tend to get my order wrong, to the point I now check it before I pull away from the window, YES, I know that messes with their drive thru times, they should not have messed up so often. Also, when you walk in, in general they will glance at you then ignore you for awhile, just to keep their drive thru times up. I walk in for faster service, not to be put on hold. Fries are good however, but I am not a grease filled potato stick type of person. Grands are so I still have to order them! They also forget to give you your sauces at the drive thru pretty often, so be sure to check for that. Overall, I get food there at least once a week, and as long as the Grands want it I will keep going there. I will also get my drinks there, I like the price!

I stopped at the Marshall store as I was traveling home to Michigan from Nevada. This was on Saturday 4-4-2020 just as Walmart was starting to limit the amount of customers in the stores.
It was very busy and I needed some money for gas. Unfortunately the money transfers were down. The store manager took time out of his busy day to come and help me out. Wilbert I am forever grateful!! Your associates were doing a great job and everyone was working together. I've been to many Walmart's and you have a nice store. I appreciate you and your team!! Thank you so much for all your doing!

Got my oil and lube change. They had new hire who did not know he needed to sweep both front and back of car, or he tired as new hire, worn out. Poor kid. No problem getting it taken care of though. They stay busy there so sometimes you got to expect something may get overlooked too so you just got to speak up, they make it right. Good team at this Walmart Garage Facility.

Signs posted no parking, was told to park out of the way near lawn and garden. Few other trucks there, no issues. Domino's nearby.
