Miss Tara Is A Wonderful Woman!

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Miss Tara, she made my day yesterday (2/15/24). I was carrying my groceries home from the bus after a long 14 hour day, I arrived at the store just before 7pm after being up since 5am, arms full with my groceries and she immediately greeted me and offered a place for me to set my things down. After that, she asked what I needed and I told her I just needed a key cut. She then told me to follow her and in a few steps we were at the machine. I gave her my original and she quickly found the right blank to use and started the machine. While the key was being copied, an older couple walked up to the register. She excused herself so she could go ring them up, as they only had a few items. It was no problem at all to me, she showed ability to multitask and engage multiple customers at once. She was energetic, polite, and friendly. She made a long, hard day better with just a few kind words and spare key. Came in needing a battery and charger for my DeWalt impact drill. Kara assisted me and was awesome! Although they didn't have the single battery and charger combo I wanted, she located a dual battery combo, took $25 off that AND I was given a circular saw for FREE($200 value) because of a promotion going on! Home Depot has the best associates and that's why I never go to Lowe's anymore!

I was looking for a specific dryer part which the store did not have. The customer service was awesome, advising me where I might be able to find it. Even googling to try to help me. Will be back if I need anything else!

Good quality merchandise and good sale prices! Most store personell are knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended!

We were shopping for patio furniture and were helped by Emma and Anthony. They were awesome! Very helpful and genuine. Anthony was multi-tasking making sure everyone was taken care of with out neglecting anyone. Emma helped load the furniture with no worries! Thanks guys! Russell & Wendy :) :)

Recently went to buy lumber and a few other things. After messing around with customer service and another employee trying to get my order picked I lost hope and went to get my odds and ends. I then met Brian. He was so helpful and made it a point to make sure we had the help we needed. Went as far as telling me he would help pick our order himself. He went to find me something on my list and I started grabbing lumber. Out of nowhere came J.R and asked if we needed a hand. I explained what I was doing and he said come with me. He put my lumber order in and between him and Brian they grabbed a few other guys and went to work. Came time to start loading the refused my help and loaded up my truck and trailer. These two men went above and beyond the duties of their job. They were awesome. It's because of these guys and the support they offer that I shop here and not lowes. Hopefully someone at this store or corporate reads this and gives them the recognition they deserve.

Had a problem at another location and called this store looking for help and spoke with the Manager, Drew. Excellent experience, it's nice to know some people still understand customer service. He was professional and polite and genuinely seemed to care. Drew should be teaching their other Managers how to treat customers. This location has earned my business even though it's a further drive.

Went in for help today with a few cabinet questions (last minute, for an upcoming project) and was met with lots of help and resources from the designer that works there.

Very helpful staff. I'm disabled and need an electric cart. I usually ask someone where something is, and they show me and help with getting the items for me. I drive 50 miles to Home Depot so I don't have to shop at lowes.

The Trevi fountain is a spectacular work of art. It's hard to believe it was a working fountain where Rome residents actually came to get their home water when created in the early 1700's. We visited 3 times the week we were in Rome. The first during mid-day, and the crowds were tremendous. Once at night to see it with the night-time lighting. And lastly in the early morning, to enjoy it's full splendor before the crowds arrived! The sculptures are truly amazing and the ambiance of the fountain is quite relaxing. Don't forget to make a wish and toss in some change when you are there - your wishes may come true! Enjoy!

I love this Home Depot. I bought a house nearby a year ago so needless to say I've been here a lot during that time. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I drive right past that "other" home improvement store to come here because it's the best! I used to get such high anxiety shopping in these big home improvement stores, but no more thanks to the amazing crew at my local Home Depot!

The customer service desk was friendly and helpful. Would like to thank the manager for his assistance tonight with customer service and help with our water heater. JR you are a sweet heart. The young lady that helped was extremely patient and sweet. Thank you guys for making us feel like valued customers.

That was the largest, nicest Home Depot I ever saw.. Employees were available. Very stocked.. clean isles and Easy to navigate..Only thing was the bathroom was messy..very messy

The most friendly staff, and our cashier, Ms. Tara, was the most happy, high-spirited and loving person that I have ever met in ANY Home Depot, ANYWHERE; being in my field, that covers about half of the American Eastern Coast!

This store has staff that makes customer service their number one priority. If you see a staff member they greet you and ask if you need any help. They even follow up with you if they see you again in the store just to make sure you were taken care of. The store always has items in stock and their website reflects this perfectly. Will shop here above Lowe's any time. Keep up the good work!

I just left the opposite review on the Lowes on Two Notch Rd. I went to Lowes first, as I had something to return there, and it's closer to downtown where I work (but not by much). I went to 4 people in Lowes about getting a piece cut and waited over 15 minutes only to be told by the manager that they don't do that (even though customer service and their website said they do and they have the machine for it in aisle 33). I came to Home Depot was directed to Brian and he helped me right out getting my piece cut. I'll definitely be coming to Home Depot first from now on for my home improvement needs. It's so nice to have people who don't make me feel like I'm just bothering them, even though they're job is to help people. People in these types of jobs need to understand how big of a difference their attitude and assistance can mean to others. I was so frustrated and annoyed when I left Lowes, but totally recovered and happy when I left Home Depot. Thanks for the help!

I have been to many home depot's but this one provided amazing service. I had several sheets of 3/4 plywood and an associate offered to watch my cart while I pulled my truck around. He then grabbed another associate and helped me load them up. The cashier was incredibly friendly and the store was well stocked. I highly recommend this location!

Helpful staff, great selection of tools, garden stuff, paint, whatever. Great prices too. They've got all the spring lawn and garden materials in, so time to get started!

I shop here at least once per week. Last week I had $800 worth of lumber delivered for their standard $79 delivery fee. I ordered the material online and the delivery guy used his forklift to drop the load at the side of my house, just where I wanted it.
Update 8/21/2022: Still a great store with knowledgeable, helpful staff and nice selection of products.
