Family Dollar

Great place. Family dollar and dollar tree together. And ignore Andrea's comment. She could've drove down the street to exxon and used the restroom.

The cashier lady is rude!! I went in there to go use the bathroom and she was rude when I asked for the key. Then, another lady which is a customer, came and asked me for the bathroom key since she already asked the cashier lady. So I gave it to her. Anyway, as soon as I was getting out of the store, the cashier lady stopped me and told me to get the key back and then I told her another lady had to use the bathroom because she said she asked them for the key. Cashier lady was just being rude saying that I needed to get the key back, but what if other customers needed to use the bathroom? She started rambling on when I left the store. Again she has horrible customer service and I took it like she’s discriminating towards other races. I’m NEVER going back over after that. You know what they say “the customer is always right”.

We stopped here passing through Stamps on our way to Magnolia for a football game. My daughter had to use restroom. This was August 25th. The cashier was very rude to my child telling her next time she wouldn’t be allowed to use restroom if she didn’t purchase something. We are a customer of Family Dollar. Just not in Stamps.

Bad customer service and where is the number to call I didn't get my change!
