Victoria was amazing! Excellent customer service from start to finish! Our son just started college in Magnolia and having to deal with mobile device issues being hours away isn’t easy! BUT having a store like this available with A+ customer service made it so much easier. Victoria went above & beyond to take care of him, she was extremely friendly and professional! I couldn’t have asked for anything better than the experience he had. Thank you so much!

My service representative, Ally, was very helpful and professional. It was a very busy evening and she was the only one working. She had several customers come in at once and managed to take care of everyone, while remaining calm and friendly. She did a great job multitasking. . I could not have asked for a better experience. She is a great asset to the company.

Latoiea went above and beyond for me!! I was stressed out after trying to purchase new phones online. I will never do that again. I went in and was extremely pleased. I was helped right away with a smile and good attitude. I was given a better deal that was available then what was online. I’m very happy this store is in town to make our lives easier!

After trying to get my daughters’ devices activated through Verizon for nearly a week, they finally sent me to Russell Cellular to get new SIM cards. Sir Charles provided us with AWESOME customer service and fixed us up in about 30 mins. The other representative was also helpful, but I didn’t catch his name. I will definitely be going back if I have any other problems or future service needs.

I had tried the online help to reactivate an old phone. After ending up with both my phones not working, I visited Russell cellular. My phone was activated in a short time. Service was professional and prompt and courteous. Great experience.

Really great people there to help you. I came in for a new phone and even tho it took a lil longer than normally the woman who helped me was still had a great attitude and was respectful the whole time.

I visited the Russell cellular store in magnolia AR 5/20/2021. A young lady named Ashley Barnes assisted me with getting my replacement moto razr activated after the qr code that was sent with the device did not work correctly. It was quite a task. She sat with me and was so very patient during the 1 hr and 45 mins it took us to get the digital sim to activate. The other workers in the store were very pleasent as well. They have a good thing going on there and if ever I have a problem again with my device I sure know that Ashley and the others at Russell cellular in Magnolia will fix me up! Thanks again and it was such a great pleasure to meet all of y'all!

My rep was very professional and extremely helpful. Though she was being pulled many directions, she never stopped working on my sale. I was impressed.
