Harbor Freight Tools

I love Harbor Freight, especially this Jacksonville AR location. The store is always so clean, organized, and excellent lighting. I feel safe going to this location verses the other location in LR AR.
They always have a great selection. The employees are always friendly and helpful

Oddly my first time there. I bought a breaker bar that I promptly broke, they replaced it no questions asked. Wide variety of tools, my brother had to replace a joint puller from another store, the quality of the Maddox puller is beyond better.

I'm a girl and this is my play pen. Everything is easy to find. Prices are so fair. Quality seems to be fine as I've bought power tools I use everyday and they have not failed.

Very helpful. They didn't have on the shelf what I wanted but did have one in the back . Brought out to me . Very much appreciated 😊

Incredibly helpful in helping me find and price the correct flat dolly when the location in little rock lied to me about honoring the online pricing in store, the young lady and manager were super friendly and helpful while also keeping the line from piling up while I was tying up the register I was at.

Great place for tool sales. Walked out with $200 in tools that would have cost me over $600 anywhere else.

Typical HF store. I think they should start making the stores larger so they can offer more products and have more room for people to shop as the stores always feel crammed

The store is very well organized with signs informing the customer what is on each isle. When I entered the store I was greeted by several of the staff. I asked for a specific item I was looking for, and was directed to the correct place and isle. I was able to find my item without searching at all. This has not been the case at competitors around the area. Thank you Harbor Freight for a pleasant visit!

Harbor Freight is a fabulous place to get all your project needs at a fraction of the price of other hardware stores. Plus, they have great coupons, giveaways and a little bit of everything! The only catch is that you always get what you pay for and for more heavy duty jobs, I'd recommend spending the extra money for your supplies. But, for most jobs, they're great!!

The staff is great! They are all very friendly, exceptionally attentive & highly knowledgeable. A truly great asset to the company & store patrons. Store is clean & well stocked in addition to having great prices for all your tool needs. What more could you ask for?

Spray gun section could have been a little more organized but the staff were helpful even though they didn't currently have the specific spray gun I was looking for in store that day.

Love this place. Customer service is great. I've never had any problems with the staff or managers. Do your homework and you can get a good deal on tools and consumables. (shop towels, rubber gloves, sand paper...)

They've made it possible for me to have a well equipped shop. If I had to buy name brand tools, I'd be years away from the versatility that I have right now.
The higher-end compressors and welders in particular have impressed me when I compare the price and function to even really well known names at like five times the price.
Stick electrodes, too. There is a large assortment, and they cost half as much as the other stores in town for a virtually identical product.

I love the place. Sometimes I go there to get a tool, or something, and wind up just walking around and looking at all the other things they have and buy more than I went in there for. I love shopping for tools. One of the best places to find inexpensive tools!

Nice size store - cashiers are always pleasant and there is plenty of room to browse without running into others. Some HF locations have aisles that barely fit one cart.
