Clean and organized store with plenty of variety from snacks to truck lights along with friendly staff. The BBQ was good and I appreciate food being served until 9 and not having to rely on overpriced normal truck stop fair. The store does close at midnight, but opens at 5:30. Only about 10 truck parking spots, but we were lucky enough that there were a couple open.

Well I have had the best night and food and service at this place. IRON HORSE travel plaza not only is new but clean and friendly! I rarely become a man that looks for words to describe how good a place is, but I find that this place is beyond expectations. The employees are superb, the condition of the store is super clean, the food at the boilerman BBQ is out of this world. Absolutely loved this place, thank you for your store, atmosphere, great service, prices are very nice.
Just so pleased that I got to spend my time here with you all. Thank you so much.

I can't say too many good things about this place. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate it when I see them cleaning instead of just standing around when it's slow. We had come inside multiple times throughout the day and never saw it dirty. The bathrooms are kept clean and well stocked.
We ate at Boilerman Barbecue, which is inside with several clean tables to eat. There are some tables outside.

Boss Lady had one of the best patty melts she's had to date. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was good. Their sides are really good, too.

So y'all don't be afraid to stop here when traveling through the Great State of Texas.

Super clean bathrooms, comfortable taking the family in with little supervision. HUGE selection of local made fried pies, so good! The beef jerky assortment is massive too, mostly all local Texas made stuff or nearby neighboring states like NM and Oklahoma, even though we all know Texans do it the best… nice place, wk make this my main stop when heading west to be a big bad oil tycoon one day 🤠

Very clean restroom. The whole store was also very clean. We ordered some BBQ and we were impressed! We got a 3 meat plate (pulled pork, sausage, and ribs) with two sides (broccoli cheddar & the beans). The three meat plate is great to share with your spouse, it is plenty of food! & The food was delicious! Very good meal especially for us truck drivers. Ribs had great flavor and were very tender. Also the employees were very friendly. We will definitely stop by again when we’re on this route!

My man pulled in to take his 30 minute break and take the dog out . Big fenced
in dog area and very clean truck/ fuel stop with everything you need for the road! Big place with unique snacks and lots of cool , tempting gifts. BROILERMAN BBQ looks great but we didn’t come hungry so I just got him some homemade banana pudding and cherry cobbler.
Clean restrooms and nice store, so I marked it in our truck exits book to make sure we return someday soon!!

As a trucker is hard to find truck stops with real and good food. I got this and wow 10/10! Taste and price were great too! I will be coming back for food everytime l drive in the area. ❤🥔🧀

Our family often travels from North Dallas to El Paso and this is one of the cleanest and enticing rest stop along the way which is tailored for 18 wheelers yet never has that heavy traffic. There are countless numbers of items to purchase for your journey plus hot BBQ to purchase. They have different clothing items and miscellaneous items to buy as souvenirs. I prefer this stop compared to all the PILOTS, Shell, etc.
I recommend you stop here especially if you have a family with small kids.

Excellent Food. Clean restroom and below market diesel price. People are friendly and if you fill up with diesel for at least 65 gallons u get a free shower. Expect to wait only two showers

This place is awesome from the low diesel prices through mudflap to the food. Bathroom was clean. Customer service was great as well. Not many truck parking spaces though. We need more of these truck stops. Great job to everyone in the staff.

Super clean restrooms and loved the family restroom. Tons of snacks and souvenirs. It also has a well maintained dog park. Free water and poop bags.

One of the cleanest travel centers I've ever been too. The BBQ was fantastic! I highly recommend the broccoli casserole!!!! CLEAN RESTROOMS!!!!! They even walked the entire premise in the evening to remove litter and tidy up. Kudos to the staff and management for making this place such an enjoyable stop..

Beautiful new gas station/truck stop/BBQ Restaurant. This is a clean and family-friendly destination along I-20

While, driving the semi to Midland Texas a couple of months back I spotted this place and upon entering I was HAPPY!!! It's white glove clean the showers and towels are clean fresh and smell great. And roomy just perfect in my opinion...the shelves are stocked and perfectly organized...if you can't find something in this store you have a problem internally because this store truly has something for anyone and everyone. The fountain/coffee area is stocked with varieties of flavors with "sonic" ice or cubed . And to finish off this I'd like to mention the staff while they may need a little help in the personality department because you don't feel as welcomed by them as you do walking in this clean and really beautiful store they have all been kind. And I see them twice a week at various times thru the day so I believe I have the staff covered and you all do a great job at having this store look and feel amazing !!! Thanks from every trucker who has taken a shower and from my wife for your "edible" "chewable" "sonic" ice. And from the guy who always gets 2 butters and a bucket of popcorn. We all thank you

One of our favorite travel stops going to and from trips to far off family in Central Texas. They have the cheapest fuel, largest snack selection, and cleanest bathrooms!

These guys literally have THE BEST peach cobbler!!! Every time I drive through I stop to get the cobbler! Clean bathrooms too.

We decided to stop here instead of our usual stop in Tye. These are the nicest cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. Great BBQ, and a very nice dog park. We loved it and on our way back home stopped in again. My husband and I agreed that this will be our new rest stop when traveling this way.

This is a new fuel stop and definitely worth stopping at. Fuel prices are as much as .60 cheaper than the ripoff corporate truck stops. Of course the BBQ is good because it’s Texas.

LOVE this travel stop. It has a great dog park that is clean and gated. The bathrooms are great and lots of options for good food. Also a great coffee station. I have saved this as a favorite so I can make sure to stop here on my long drive from Austin to Pagosa Springs.
