I’ll be honest. I’m a dumb dad. I just buy stuff without trying it on sometimes. I bought a pair of pants and they didn’t fit. I took them back and the staff was overly helpful and got me taken care of. I even brought another “old” pair of Lulu pants I bought in 2018 that needed repair and they helped me with that. I was really just blown away by the 2 guys that helped me. I wish I could remember their names, because they were so outstanding. Either way, I’ll go back just for the service.

I went into lulu without a clue! Strictly based off the nagging of my 13 year old to have just something with the lulu symbol on it. Just going offline you would think “oh this is over priced” after going into this location and meeting Marissa who was wonderful! She helped me find age appropriate items for my 13 year old. Marissa explained the perks of shopping with lulu and the quality of the fabric! She also encouraged me to shop for myself as well! It was a very pleasant experience and you could tell she truly enjoys her jobs and the products! Give this girl a raise! Lulu definitely took a small chunk of my money today but honestly I don’t regret it!

The store is on the smaller side and is always busy, but the service is super friendly and helpful every time.

Best. Customer. Service. Ever! Natalie was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I grabbed almost every women’s item in the store. Tanks, short sleeves, long sleeves, sports bras, sweats, crews, leggings, etc. I grabbed multiple colors of each style. I probably picked up over 50 items. She was super accommodating and kept taking items out of my hands to a dressing room when my hands were full. She gave me advice on sizing. She told me which colors looked good, and she helped me narrow down my final selection. She helped determine which colors and styles would always be available, she told me which pieces would be great basics, and she told me which colors were rare and advised me to buy those pieces. 10/10! She’s the best, and I wish we were friends.

Store was standing room only..really crowded because it's so great!

So very helpful and understanding about an exchange. I wish I caught who helped me but she was amazing and connected me with somebody in the community that I can work with at a later time! Highly recommend checking this location out.

I had been meaning to try lulu for a while now and finally decided to stop by. I don’t do a lot of in person shopping because of my anxiety but Jaime was so helpful and made the whole experience so smooth. Definitely will be coming back!

I had an amazing experience with Keaton!! I had been wearing a pair of leggings and when I stood up from sitting at a bench, they caught on a nail and ripped. I was right by the promenade so we drove over to buy a new pair but they had just closed at 8. It was already 8:10 but Keaton saw me at the door and was so friendly! He let me exchange my ripped pair for a new pair at no cost and was so kind even after they had just closed. This location never disappoints!!

Such a great lulu store! The team is always so welcoming when I come to visit and really make shopping enjoyable again. This store offered many special events throughout the year including VIP parties! Would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the Little Rock area.

I went there yesterday and bought two outfits. All the sales people there were super helpful. I don’t think I would have bought as much as I did if they hadn’t checked up on me, got a dressing room for me, etc. I’ll be back very soon.

Selso (sorry if I spelled that wrong) is the one that is always eager to assist and full of great recommendations. A+. The other staff is pretty helpful too if you hunt them down and ask plenty of questions, but not being a regular to this brand, I prefer the former.
