Country General Store has been in the valley for almost 40 years. It’s always a treat to drop by here. They specialize in cowboy boots and cowboy hats. It’s always so fun looking throughout the store at the different styles.

My favorite thing about this store is their staff. So friendly and helpful. They can help you with any of their sizing and styling as well. They have a great selection of belts and buckles as well. They do cowboy hat cleanings too for $45.

This place is a true hidden gem. They have the best selection of cowboy boots for men and women as well as staff that goes the extra mile to help you take the boots off! The quality and styles were outstanding, up to date and cool. I went to several other stores before coming here and wish I came here first. My bf also got great boot cut wranglers and has his eye on a beautiful Stetson hat that they are hoping to get in for him in his size. Again the service was top notch helping him try on multiple hat options and working with him for the best fit. We will be back!

This place should be considered an iconic landmark as far as I'm concerned. Great western wear, quality boots and Pendletons.

Was looking for a western shirt and found so much more! This place is fabulous! If you need anything remotely western you must shop here. A large inventory of boots, pants, shirts, etc…I even found an awesome western tie to adorn that inglorious neck area and a super friendly man named Rick helped me. Highly recommend this establishment, all the big Western Stars shop here, why shouldn’t you! I will be back soon!

I got my first ever Stetson from here may 2019. Started a journey for me

This place is incredible, went in with my dad looking for one pair of ostrich skin boots, left with 4 pairs of the most beautiful cowboy boots I’ve ever seen, me and my dad both got 2 pairs, he’s got very wide feet and everyone there was so polite and helpful, we must of tried on 30 pairs of boots, we left a 10 dollar pair of hooks there and they personally delivered them to our hotel, top notch service and selection, and wonderful pairs of matching belts as well

I went in today to buy a pair of Ariat boots and got helped by the older gentlemen that works there I wish I had asked him for his name. He was very helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. Hands down this is the best boot store in town. I must say I love my boots thank you.

Called last minute to get some ARIAT boots . no one around the valley carried them . Called at 630, I live 30 min away , and they said they will wait for me ! I’ve been twice. Once for boots, today for a hat. Both times I had done all this research on what I wanted and both times before I could say anything they handed me perfect items. Ariat Ramblers last time and this time a Stetson Silversand.

Both were perfect out the gate. They humored me trying other things on but they were right and knew their products, I always ended up buying their first choice based on the mirror not them pressuring me. Can’t recommend them enough!

Created the most perfect belt for me, snaffled some fabulous ostrich boots and a couple of sheriff pins just for fun!

This store is the greatest boot store you will ever find in your entire life. They make Cavender's Boot City look like a joke. I come from Texas to buy boots here. The owner, Rick, it's an incredibly nice man who knows his stuff, and will help you find a fantastic pair of boots.
