The at&t representative took a genuine interest in my needs and was proactive in helping to satisfy my needs in a professional manner all the way to the end.

I’m here from out of town & my phone suddenly stopped working! Feeling very stressed out, I found this store location & was helped out so quickly! I explained what had happened & Stephen knew immediately what was wrong & what to do & fixed my phone! He explained what to do if this situation ever happens again. He was so friendly, funny, & knowledgeable & I left so happy! Thank you Stephen, you made my day! :)

My experience at the Gardena AT&T was nothing short of amazing as it is every time I visit the customer service is top tier. My questions are always answered and my needs are met. This particular visit Arrianna Ruiz helped me out a lot I’m not very tech savvy so to have her be so patient and kind was refreshing.

I went to the AT&T Gardena location and got outstanding customer service care from one of the employees named Tiara. She was very helpful in solving my problem with my damage iPhone. She helped me replace it with the claim and also help change the account. She was very helpful. I give her rave reviews because it was just a big stress lifted off my shoulder. Our visit at the ATT store yesterday and today was great. The associate that helped us was Star and she was so very helpful in taking care of our needs and was patient with us non-tech seniors. We could not of had a more caring person work with us.

Went into this AT&T store customer service was great and the store looked clean everyone amazing but especially Ariana Ruiz she provided exceptional customer service the best of the best thank you so much !!

I was having issues with my cell phone and decided to visit the AT&T in Gardena. Stephen, the manager was so helpful. He determine the issue my phone was having by utilizing his chargers and concluded it was a hardware problem. Had I not come to this particular location, there was no way I would Have known what was causing these issues. Following receipt of my new phone, I came back and Stephen was so kind and gracious to help me transfer all my data to my new phone . I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. For someone like myself who isn’t technically savvy , Stephen was a blessing !! I recommend anyone interested in purchasing a phone to stop by at this location!

This store was great! There was someone purchasing a device. I had to wait to pay my bill, but I know they cant process them both at the same time so that was ok but a lot of people were complaining. There are other payment options people! The new promotions for my account were explained honestly and I appreciate that. Thanks Jeremy

The young woman Store Clerk/ATT rep was well versed with products in the store and making exchanges. In fact, she was kind and patient. She was manning the store alone; the other sales personnel were at lunch, she made sure my needs were met as well as those of the young woman who came in behind me. She never became flustered. Tony worked with me to get my granddaughter set up with a phone. This guy is great! Walked me through everything and put in the extra effort that seems to be missing in customer service these days. If you need some extra help figuring out the maze of AT&T, see this gentleman. He is worth the trip!
