Dollar General

I love our Main St. Dollar General. A lady named Candie that works there is the best!!! Always smiling happy an help anyone I have seen approach her. Idk she's been there awhile. Just seems sad that you don't give an award with meaning a value to good employees!!! Also a new one popped up in patoka,IN laurel not sure of spelling. Is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

8-17-20 spoke a/Vicky mgr bring shoes back for exchange. Aug 8, 2020 purchased a pair of $10 tennis shoes. After wearing shoes all of 4 hours they came apart. Look sticker still on bottom of shoe, 😆 I was told Aug 15 @ 7 p.m. I couldn't return because I had worn them, understandably. Normally this is very true but I was not returning them because I didn't like them, or they didn't fit. I want to return because of mfg defect. Two different issues. They couldn't pull up my transaction with my debit card like large chains. I was shocked. Lady behind counter seemed to be new and had no answers. Nice enough. I told her I would come back with receipt.

I just love Dollar General on Main Street. Since the old Key Market closed years ago, we haven't had a good reasonable place to shop. Since they carry milk, dry goods, laundry products & just about anything you need, it's a super store & prices are right.

Employee's are helpful, respectful, and always greet you with a smile, and a " hello ". The manager, Vickie, is always busy, and from what I've seen, she's a great leader for her team.
Here's a thought Yall should consider a Frequent flyer Program " 😂😂😕

They have a updated crew. PLace will definitely be doing great.

Employees here are always nice. Dont have any issues. Alot of people complain about it being crammed but they obviously have never been to Rural King.

Wonderful new store. They have some stocking shelves issues but not near as bad as the DG in Oakland City Indiana.

It's a nice neighborhood store.

She was very friendly and she asked me if I found everything that I was looking for and I said yes and then I almost left without taking my package and she said that I left my package and she gave it to me and I walked out the door

Definitely alot bigger than the other one on the other side of town, same helpful employees and good prices at both stores...
