Smith's

The store is excellent. Great meats, fresh produce, great deli selection, fresh herbs, pharmacy is well staffed, in store bakery too. The only issue I have had is with their Digital DEALs, you have to tell them or it does not ring up. Frustrating check out with large orders.

They have a great variety selection of groceries, their bakery does really well and their prices and deals are the best comparable ones In town I feel like.

I went to three different stores looking for candied cherries before going to Smith's. I found them at Smith's. I should have gone there first. I worked for Kroger for 20 years. I found them in the produce department where I new they would be. Thank you Smith's.

I love this place. I love stocking up in their clearance products. I can always find great deals on their dairy or meat products.

Good selection, convenient location, clean store, friendly and helpful employees. Produce is fresh and good quality. I can often find useful coupons in their app. It's worth downloading. I especially enjoy the discount on gasoline!

The produce and meat dept. are a must for the freshest products. They have good sales quite often, along with earning points on all purchases to use for discounts on gasoline. Smith's is my favorite grocery store.

I love this store. We stop by 1-2 times a week for fresh bagels. I also love the floral and balloon department for birthdays. They make gorgeous bouquets. I love that I can find gourmet items like different cheeses, lady fingers, fig jelly, etc. The people there are generally friendly and thr prices are reasonable. They have great sales, so stock up when they do. Their produce section is smaller, but high-quality.

I have been a loyal Smiths girl since moving to Spring Lake almost 26 years ago. They have become family & friends. Over the last 2 years, they have gotten a batch of a few new people, but they treat you like family, they know me by name and I them, we ask how each other are & our families. The pharmacy has changed the most, but those that haven't left/retired or moved on, treat people so well, and care about their people more than any other place, *Esp. Walgreens 😠😖 But 100% & 100/100 will always recommend this store over huge conglomerates like Walmart - plus, here you actually get something in return. Buying groceries & medications, gets me quite a bit off gas. I've even made it to a full 1$ off before, it's usually 10-30 cents for me (but it's just me) if you have a family, you can rack up more points a lot faster. And don't fret, if you haven't been able to do any of that, every time you buy gas you get 3 off ♡ this is such a great, family-friendly, amazing employees, best baggers that greet you all the time kind of place ♡ I really need to stop now before I write a novel, sorry about all that!!

I took a wrong turn and maps helped me get back on track to where I was going.

Just wanted to put in a good word for someone named Ron who helped us at the Payson location. We forgot to use our fresh value card and just kind of mentioned it after we had checked out. My wife asked if it was possible to still apply it. The cashier who helped us kinda acted like it would be pretty inconvenient, put he reached out with such a friendly and helpful attitude. He just said "yes if course we can help you with that. Come on over here and we'll get you taken care of " he made it seem like it dad no trouble at all and made us feel very important. He obviously new what he was doing and explained everything so we were aware of how our request was being carried out. I don't think I've ever experienced a better attitude from any cashier I've ever met. Any store that has a cashier like that should try to hold onto them, because he made a huge impression on the whole store in my opinion.

This is the best store to just walk in and feel like a family member! All the staff are so friendly and they will make anyone experience memorable if there is ever anything I have needed I will get it or there is a good reason why I would not, to Jay, Jake, Kristy, Nichole,Tina and Elva oh man I could go on forever with names and sorry to leave anyone out. Rock on and until my next visit in a day thank you for the help and filling my needs and more!

I will always go to this store even if I am closer to the other stores in town, unless there is an insane sale somewhere else. The employees is what makes this store shine. They are so nice and helpful. My daughter's favorite part is the free sugar cookies that they give out to kids (and Me if I was a good boy). They also offer free fruit for kids as well. We usually do not take advantage of this because, well, cookies.
One negative is something that the employees can't really help is the building. This building was built back when most people did not carry a mini computer in their pocket. You will not get cell or internet reception in this building, at least with Verizion. I do not know why, but it just does not work in here. It is only a minor inconvenience to leave the store to take a call or send a txt, or load a special coupon onto your card.
But even though it is a older building, it is still clean and doesn't feel old.

Went to Smith's in Payson, Utah today. What wonderful customer service we received from Jay in the meat department. He was so kind, polite, and cheerful, if you were having a bad day you left his department more happier because of his attitude. He was quick in cutting our ham for us and even gave us our perfect sliced ham with a smile. Judy our cashier was just as kind, helpful, sweet and checked us quickly too. Thank you Jay and Judy for making our visit to Smith's a delightful today.

Smith's has topnotch employees. Really fresh meat and produce .Grocery shelves stocked organized with sale items clearly marked. Aisles organized with signs so that everything is easy to find. Enjoyed my shopping experience.

They have some of the more niche items of cooking than some other big grocery stores, which is nice for when I want something and can't wait for online orders. The bakery is decent as well.
