AT&T Store

I believe the salespeople are amazing. They weren't able to fix my issue unfortunately, but it wasn't their fault (technical support was required). They did their best and were upfront with me. Glad I can go somewhere local for the majority of the issues.

Alfredo was the man! Went in around 6:30 with some questions about our bill, and he stayed till almost 8pm, an hour after the store closed, to help us with our questions! He’s managed to help us save a lot of money on our monthly bill! Thank you so much Alfredo for taking the time and treating us like very valued costumers! We definitely felt that he puts the customers interest first!

GREAT STORE GREAT PEOPLE GREAT WORK!!!! 1 million stars . Just came in today 12/28/2023 had a mess up with the Spanish fork store it was terrible . But I came into THIS location and had a really good time with Alfredo the manager in store he helped me with EVERYTHING and he did it so freaking well. A really great guy!! I recommend this location upon any other location I’ve been too . Truly come here all the time!!!

Best cellphone service ever. I was helped by luke and Tyler and the manager Alfredo. It’s nice to see people that don’t screw people over on this business. They truly care for their customers. I will definitely come back always.

Tyler was very friendly and outgoing at the payson, UT store. I came into the store too upgrade my IPhone 14 too a IPhone 15promax. He was very helpful when it came to set up my new phone. I did not know you could transfer your data to your new phone and it’ll look exactly like the old one on screen. He made the effort to tell me about different promotional option I had to lower my bill every month, which was GREAT, I appreciate that!! Tyler also informed me I was eligible to buy accessories with an installment plan, which I never knew was possible. I took advantage of the option and got me new AirPod Pros. Tyler made me feel comfortable like we’ve been friends for years. I’m so glad I came to the Payson, UT for an upgrade. Tyler made it an easy and fast process. I just came too upgrade my phone but I left with much more. Thank you Tyler for the customer service. Definitely a 10/10. I will be coming back to this store for my future needs.

I had a very bad experience at the Spanish Fork Utah store. They were not honest with me and I will not be returning to that store. I went to the Payson Utah store for the help I needed. Alfredo, the manager and his associates were very helpful and resolved my problems. They were straightforward with me and helped me understand the bottom line. If you need to go to an AT&T store, go to Payson!!

Tyler and Alfredo were great to work with! Made the process of getting a new phone and switching over from my old one super easy!

Greatest cell phone purchase experience ever. Joe was knowledgeable, helpful and enjoyable. We travel full time and needed an updated phone in a short space of time. If you live in the area, and you are not with AT&T, you should be!

I had a really great experience going into the Payson store. I usually go to Spanish Fork, but payson is now closer. Loved how I was treated! Alfredo the store manager was so kind and attentive. I had just destroyed my phone and just needed help pulling that part of my life back together 🤪🤪. Amazing how much our phones are part of us.
I was helped by Avery. Avery was the best! He knows the business so well. He was so patient with me and got my new phone up and running and on top of that, took the time to explain different offers and things on my plan I didn’t understand. Love this store. All my central Utah people, use ATT Payson!!

Julianna was the best! She helped my wife and I and broke down our bill too so we could see the different phones on our plan. We ended up leaving with new phones. Best customer service we have had at AT&T.

The Payson AT&T location has incredible service! I needed a new device, and upon arrival, Manager Curtis asked me a series of questions to find out what I really wanted out of a phone. He didn't show me anything that wouldn't do what I wanted, and helped me narrow down the options and ultimately recommended the best phone for me and my hobbies. He was so kind, personal, and was very patient with my 5 year old that accompanied me. Another customer came in while he was helping me and he was able to multi-task to get us both taken care of and put the door in a short amount of time. The store is well stocked and clean. I greatly appreciate the service I received at this location, especially since the Payson location is my closest store, as I live 1 hour away. It was time not wasted!

Julianna at the Payson ATT is the best. She took the time to put a kid appropriate show on for my two kids. She was knowledgeable and even brought up things we should’ve been told in the past. She was informative but not pushy. I would go to her again 100%!!

I never write reviews, but this place was amazing. The staff here will take the time it is necessary to give you all the help you need. They answered all my questions with patience and understanding. Thank you Joe and Alfredo.
