I love this Kroger’s the majority of the time. It’s their customers service and down home feeling which keeps me coming.I pray we’ll continue to work together and keep this atmosphere. Their employees are the absolute BEST in this city!!! Great job leadership…you do a lot with a little and we recognize it!! I am wondering where is one of my former students who worked there? I trust all is well at this Kroger’s.

I have become familiar with many of the employees that work at this location. They are always pleasant and helpful, serving Kroger customers without the nasty attitudes that you are subjected to at some establishments. I go the extra distance to shop this Kroger because I feel welcomed when I shop at this location. Portland Kroger 35th Street, You Are The Best In The West! 😊

I shop at Kroger on almost a daily basis in Westport plaza and I have been very satisfied with the customer service and I pretty much only buy sushi, and there's always good looking women walking in and out of the place. They keep it clean, what more could you ask for?

Yesterday the bagger loaded my groceries on the belt and asked if I needed help to the car, and then he spoke so nicely to our grandchildren. He did not act like it was his job. He did it all naturally and cheerfully!

This is one of the best Kroger's in the West end of Louisville. The cashiers at this one I so funny they're happy to be at work they make you feel good coming in there. Plus it's a bigger store and they have lots more good stuff in there. Kroger's need to step their game up I get more fruits different kind of fruits and vegetables instead of the regular ones we eat everyday in a whole food have all kind of stuff in their store. Nevertheless I had a pretty good shopping experience thank you.

Got what I went for plus items from the discounted display. Plan to return tomorrow with children to hit the toy shelves. PLUS THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND PLEASANT that it makes my trip there a JOY.

Wow! This is a massive Kroger. The parking lot has lots of room and the entrance is wider thanks to the recent renovation. They sell everything from groceries, toys, clothes, local sports memorabilia, health and beauty supplies, office supplies, outdoor supplies, House hold goods, pet supplies, as well as kitchen items. I can't say enough good stuff about our new Kroger. If it's your first time visiting this store, plan on spending a little extra time just looking around and taking it all in!

They have excellent produce, somewhat okay customer service, my favorites, they provide lots of things other than food such as toiletries, hair products, skin products, cleaning products, etc. I truly recommend you shop there! ☆☆☆☆☆

Literally come here about once a day. It's very convenient for me and thankfully the shelves are always stocked. The employees are helpful and fast at check out.

I love Kroger's cause u get great discounts for being a Kroger plus member . It is a great gerocery store for all members of the Portland area. Most of there works r respectful and they r helpful, and again it all depends on who's working.

Love this Kroger it's a little further than the one by me but it's worth the drive. Great produce department great meat department store is always clean empolyees are super nice things are easy to find. Love this Kroger's.

Normally in and out, workers very helpful, shop while you wait on your prescriptions, bus stop detector on the aside of the building.

Always have what you need. Cashiers and baggers are awesome. Lines are toooooooo long sometimes.

I love Kroger, all of the associates are very friendly and helpful. I get great discounts with my card, and the more I use my card the better they get, not to mention the great discounts I get on gas and I also get to help a group of my choice that gets funding the more I use my card as well.

My experience was joyful because of the smiles and willingness of the Kroger employees. It's a good place to shop. The store temperature was great.

Always a great experience shopping at this particular Kroger. Great customer service. The store always clean 95% of the time with not a lot of products out of place. Always have great sales.
