I am so pleased with the experience I had! Renting initially was super easy and fun, later I decided that I wanted one. Connor was a dream to work with and I love that he will come out in person with several models to try. Wish buying a car was this easy and low stress! He also provided a free 1year warranty on parts and labor. If you want to get an E-bike in eastern Mass you’ve got to consider Connor

Such a great experience trying out and eventually buying my happy camper! Connor was patient and kind and never made me feel weird about asking every question I could think of. Very patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Extra bonus points for home delivery! Just finished a 21 mile ride today! I love my new bike!

Brought my wobbly bicycle in today and Matt Connor at happy e-bikes. He diagnosed my bad tire and promptly replaced an original.
