The Home Depot

A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. Again, he provided the same level of excellent customer service. Kenny is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the Home Depot of Saugus. I appreciate you a lot, Kenny! Thank you for helping me install my parents' bathroom vanities with your expert advice! :)

From Anna in Customer Service, who's energy and tenacity to help her customer find what they came in for, to Gary's (I won't stop until I find it infectious attitude) service here today was absolutely amazing. Then add in Kenny in Plumbing and Kathy at Self Checkout, I'm telling you the service here, at such a stressful time of year should truly be the Industry Standard. I hit the lottery with the 4 of them today, and the fact I left with everything I came in for, and a little more thanks to their awesome sale on everything Christmas. I hope the corporate office recognizes how lucky they are to have such fantastic staff who actually give a darn, and seem to love what they do. Saugus Home Depot will continue to be my go-to! Merry Christmas to their staff.

Great experience at Home Depot. The store is clean and organized. I was shopping for a rug and the flooring department staff was right there to help and answer my questions. Also they offer a military discount which is a bonus!

I had to do a return and I ended up shopping as well!
A store associate helped me take out the heavy stuff from my car to make it easier for me to return.

At the painting department the sales associates were super helpful and knowledgeable. I had all kinds of questions about tile paint and the gentleman explained it to me very well. ( I am not sure if it’s appropriate to mention here that he was so handsome haha). I stayed an extra 10 minutes to listen to him.

I was there to learn about my opinions for an inexpensive and easy DIY cover or repaint my kitchen tile floor until I save up money and energy to completely renovate my kitchen.
The associate at the flooring department was very helpful as well. I am a customer who asked lots of questions. I really tested all of the sales associate‘s products knowledge who crossed my path at my shopping.

I regularly use the Home Depot app. I find this app very useful. I can look up which products I want to buy and I will find the product location in the store.

I like that I get perks for using my Home Depot card. I get coupons and special deals/percentage off of certain things.

very good store, like going here. only thing is when we go inside the store our phones keep hitting a major dead zone for internet and connections. otherwise this place is pretty awesome!!

Need a new refrigerator customer service PAPA. Was very knowledgeable and friendly Manager Junior was very professional and friendly took his time to get me a discount that wasn’t showing in the computer.
Thanks so much two great employees that you can see that goes a extra mile to get customers satisfaction. Hard quality to find now days .

UPDATE:

TODAY I WENT TO THE HOME DEPOT IN SAUGUS FOR STORAGE BINS. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE BIGGEST VARIETY BUT I GOT WHAT I NEEDED.
THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY HELPFUL. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ASKING IF YOU NEED HELP.

Good store management service, friendly, busy, extremely big, customer ordering desk, veterans discount is my biggest attraction, I stopped comparing to other competitors, lots of enthusiastic attitudes especially during hot conditions this past summer, overall the company is keeping up both in hiring during difficult times, big experienced plant and seed and gravel!
The store is marvelous in keeping clean efficient environment!

Home Depot is just an awesome store. It's always amazing to see just how many items they carry and even have lots of miscellaneous things. This store is located off of Route 1 in Saugus so it is on a main highway, so some people may like or dislike that. I personally find it convenient for me. This store seems to have a good amount of larger items on display - such as bathroom vanities, shower doors, kitchen displays, etc. I really like this store and I will keep coming back.

I want to thank Home Depot for having the most helpful professional employees G, and junior. So accommodating and pleasant. I had questions about lights and Junior took me right to the aisle instead of pointing like most employees do. G was again the most helpful with my return and questions because this wasn’t my first experience with him. I’m just so thankful and appreciative to these employees. They both in the end loaded up my grill into my car…. Home Depot please thank them and know they are a greater asset to your store

Was in yesterday to get some last minute Christmas flowers. Javy , the manager was so sweet and helpful!

Terry who works by the lumber department is very kind and helpful and provided a great service!

Very well stocked and clean throughout store. Aisles were open and easy to navigate. Very nice cashier staff.

The Garden Center is always well stocked compared to other stores and they always seem to have anything you need. They have a good selection of lumber and tools, as well.

My puppy loves going to Home Depot lol.

Tony is a MASTER at lawn care. I have been seeing progress with my lawn and when I have a question, Tony is there to
help me through it all. I’ve been back three times over the last month and I specifically go when I know Tony will be there. Appreciate all the help! He goes the extra mile!

Review from April 2023:
Well, I went back to Home Depot yesterday for a couple reasons: soil for raised beds and more lawn care. I searched for Tony and to my delight he was there caring for indoor plants. This man is a well of knowledge, is exceptionally generous in explaining everything and answering every last question I have, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling confident that I’ll be able to take the supplies I just purchased and optimally use them for my Home Improvement. He also is a team player and makes his team members feel awesome which makes the whole experience so uplifting. Home Depot regional and Corporate, you should 100% out Tony in a TV ad. Run a whole campaign around the employees across the country who make a difference in your stores. What a gem he is!

Just came back from this store after a long day of people not doing their jobs or being helpful. I walked into Home Depot and met Anna who was like a Home Depot angel of mercy. Anna knew exactly what I needed to do to plant seed for my lawn, showed me everything I needed, and went the extra mile to make me feel confident that I can do this on my own. Thank you, Anna!

The staff here are so so helpful. I walked in looking for an AC and there was someone right at the entrance. I asked him and pointed me exactly in the right direction. Then, when I was going to put the AC in my cart, it was a little heavy and an employee saw me and he came running over to assist me (I wish I got his name). Then, we got to the checkout and we noticed that we could price match and that the box was a little damaged. Talia was readily available to help us out. She checked in with her manager to make sure she could lower the price and then got it done for us. She was so sweet and just had amazing customer service. Very helpful and nice team that they have here.

Honestly no real complaints had a good and easy time finding things as the employees are helpful. Had an employee that wasnt to sure where an item was and they still attempted to help me find what I was looking for and we succeeded that earns 5* in my book.
