This Rite Aid store is great. It's in a part of town that can be a little run down, but they are a shining light. Great associates, and good product selection. Don't forget, they still have award winning ice cream for 1/2 the price as those other places.

Rite Aid at 17th Street in Costa Mesa, CA feels like a neighborhood pharmacy. James, the pharmacist, is outstanding in every way. He is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He and his staff are exceptional and I especially like the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism they show to their customers. Nate and Jennifer are wonderful technicians.

This has been my pharmacy for over 3 years and they are the best! The employees that know me, great me by name and pull my meds and ready to go. Refills are automaticaly done and I receive a text message when ready. It is the easiest and effortless. Everyone in the pharmacy is very friendly and deserve this 5-star review! Awesome team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love the pharmacy. James the Manager leads by example and does a great job. He always answers my questions and helps. Two of his employees Jennifer and Nat are so friendly they even know me by name and always greet me. They provide excellent service. These three go the extra mile and make the trip worth it.

This rite aid has become my favorite drug store in the neighborhood. I have been here before but something has changed. The store is a lot more organized and clean. The staff are all amazing and always greet you when you come in. The staff is also always willing to help when you can’t find the items your looking for. I highly recommend going to this rite aid. You will be amazed.

Quick reliable rast & friendly. My go to pharmacy. I always use the drive through! They are my favorite !! I always ask my doctor to change any other location and always use rite aide !. They are great!!

I’ve used 2 different neighborhood pharmacies and they had awful service. RiteAide is really well run with great caring and efficient employees I wish I had started here. This store’s pharmacy is highly recommended

This is a clean and well organized store.
Staff has been welcoming when ever I have visited their store. Always seems to have the Thrifty Ice Cream that I'm looking for 😋. Even though they seem short staffed, they are always helpful.

I came in to use their Western Union phone to send money. The cashier was very friendly when he rang me up for the transaction. The store is clean, I ended up purchasing some over the counter medicine I needed. Definitely a nice pharmacy that I will be using in the future.

Pharmacy drive up.

My go-to pharmacy in the entire Newport area. Always seems more consistently stocked with all medications. I've often had to go to multiple pharmacies in order to find one with my medication in stock. Quick for Rx fill too after walk-in, drop-off and wait in-store. Pickup line is normally short and quick-moving if long. Wish pharmacy were 24 hour like rest of store though.
