I go every day or every other day... just to get my drinks & snacks for the day. Sometimes I get a lottery ticket. Lol the cashiers are nice, friendly people & now have become friendly with most of them.

Paola wash a very pleasant employee that welcomed me when I came in. Not everyone does that. I find their prices to be high. Higher than Cumberland Farms.

As a local of the town whose been here for nearly 2 decades, I can tell you that this particular 7-11 used to be one of the better ones: hired locally, better product, and better experiences. You just never had problems with them. I worked both day and night shift, and both visits after my shift had nice people behind the counter, or at least tolerable. Never really ran into expired food, and any trouble I ran into, the workers usually always tried to help solve.

The shop went downhill after a local woman and few men stopped working there. The shop started hiring out of town folk that you see at every single 7-11 now, and if you've been to any of the 7-11s in boston you know exactly what I mean. It's always a mixed bag with them, but for this one it's the "fake" mentality: will do what's needed for customer service, but trying anything past that isn't bothered with. I've had several issues trying to pay in any way other than debit card, and they say its a me problem but this shop is the only one thats ever giving me trouble with touchless pay or pay apps. While the stock is roughly the same its best to make sure that what you grab is still shelf life safe before buying, ex. fresh/fast food like bakery items or pizza. And and that not mentioning the theft issue caused by the new gen of middle/high schoolers that's caused me to get carded once or twice if I ever had a bag with me, despite being in my mid-twenties. They haven't carded me in a while, but it will still be a thing as long as the theft issue exists with kids.

Tldr: used to be a better 7-11, now riddled with various issues. Consitter going to cumbies across the street or winthrop marketplace. I only suggest going here if you got the late night munchies (it's the only place open 24h) or your in a rush and can't stop anywhere else.

Ice cream & whipped cream. Fruit (barely any, what's there is moldy) no sprinkles or caramel. $$$$$$#VERY EXPENSIVE / OWNERS double scan or adjust price. WATCH THE SCREEN VERY CLOSELY OR U WILL GET ROBBED INFRONT OF UR EYES

Scammers, beware. At the counter, they said my total was $6, but before I could pay, they added an old lady's drink to my bill. As I was leaving, they told her it was already paid for. I came back, got my $2 back, and they claimed they thought we were together, charging part of her order to me.

In my last review I gave them four stars in a very nice compliment but I'm changing it because for the last 2 months I've been having the same experience over and over again but with only one in particular employee. The older white male that works the night shift is always rude in snatches the money out of my hand. Huff and puffs and shakes his head when I ask him to make a transaction. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had this issue because 4 other sources told me that he did the same thing to them. Every other single person that works at that store is extremely pleasant which makes it more noticeable on how unpleasant he is. FYI, this post is not about the guy with the beard that sometimes works nights

The supervisor or mgr. Has very poor customer service. I do not expect mircles but a simple hello and the ability to state the total of your purchase would be a nice change of pace.

Rude management. Many sale tags past due are not removed and failed to honor the sale price shown. Doesn't operate with the philosophy that the customer is always right and that's bad practice. Some if not most of the employees are pleasant but the many conflicts I've had with management has left me sour with this particular store.

The night manager the older gentleman asked me to pick up merchandise that was on the floor. THAT I DID NOT DROP!!! WHILE HE STOOD AROUND DOING NOTHING!!! the cashier had a line as well while again he stood there and did nothing!!! Thank you to the young gentleman behind the register who was doing EVERYTHING!!! POOR MANAGEMENT MAKES POOR WORK PLACES!!!

I’ve called 600 times and ur open 24/7 makes no sense. U sold me juul pods that were previously used.
