Excellent as always! We are from Brooklyn and spent couple days in Boston and Wholefoods market met all our expectations. Fresh and delicious hot bar, great bakery, we bought vanilla cheesecake which was super-delicious! Recommend!

Had an appointment nearby & while waiting for our ride we had lunch. Excellent choices, from 6 different soups to choose from, to all kinds of ethnic foods! Italian, sushi, meat & potatoes, a salad bar wonderland too! Just excellent! Everyone was so kind & upbeat, my kind of place! A little pricey, but every bite was well worth it. I chose the lasagna, I like to see if anyone can beat mine lol. Delicious & very close, but no cigar. I would get it again though, so recommending you try. My lil fur baby loved the left overs too! 💕

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Whole Foods store in Boston, and I must say, it was an outstanding shopping experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I could feel the positive and welcoming atmosphere that sets this Whole Foods apart from other grocery stores.

First and foremost, the store was immaculate, organized, and well-maintained. The cleanliness and tidiness throughout the aisles showcased the store's commitment to providing a top-notch shopping environment for its customers. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring everything is in its place and easy to find.

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Whether I had a question about a particular product or needed help locating an item, they were quick to offer their expertise and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. It's evident that Whole Foods places a high emphasis on customer service.

One of the highlights of my visit was the extensive selection of high-quality products. From fresh, organic produce to a wide range of specialty and local items, I found everything I needed and more. The store's commitment to providing natural and sustainable products aligns with my values, and I appreciated the attention to detail in their product curation.

Additionally, the prepared food section was exceptional. The hot food bar and salad bar offered a delicious array of dishes, catering to various dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the diverse selection of vegan and gluten-free options, which can sometimes be challenging to find elsewhere. It's evident that Whole Foods prioritizes catering to all types of customers and dietary needs.

Furthermore, the in-store dining area provided a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy a meal or snack. It was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of city life. I even noticed some live plants scattered around, adding a touch of nature to the dining space.

Finally, the checkout process was seamless and efficient. Despite the store's popularity, the lines moved quickly, and the cashiers remained courteous and friendly. I also appreciated the option to use contactless payment methods, which enhanced the overall convenience.

In conclusion, my visit to the Whole Foods in Boston was nothing short of exceptional. The store's commitment to cleanliness, top-notch customer service, and a wide selection of high-quality products left a lasting impression on me. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this Whole Foods store for all my grocery needs. If you're in Boston and looking for an extraordinary grocery shopping experience, don't hesitate to visit this Whole Foods location. It deserves every bit of its five-star rating.

Is there a better place in Boston to shop for quality food items ...🤔 the resounding answer is no & if there is please let me know (if that were even possible 😆) This chain has the unique distinction of always having quailty real natural apple cider with the mother (skin of the apple), some batches are darker & slightly stronger depending on the time of the season but compared to other markets who add a bit of cinnamon to spice it up,(it's because it's weak & pale so adding cinnamon supposedly makes up the difference but it doesnt, just a cheap ploy) Whole Foods distribution agreement with local Carlson Orchards is paramount IMO. The well stocked vitamin/heath dept even had a mini excercise section where one can get some light dumbbell sets up to 8lbs which is unheard of for a conventional supermarket. There were even high quality jump ropes & really good yoga mats. This place is off the chain insanely good, staffed by friendly & very helpful people. Great deli & bakery section bordering on elite level catering for any 5 ⭐ event, ready made world class cakes & deserts all proudly & brilliantly displayed, almost too nicely if you catch my drift. Meat & Cheese depts all individually expertly staffed. Location location location, an awesome CVS right next door, can't ask for better shopping choices in Boston. A+

Love my little Whole Foods Market. It's not the biggest Whole Foods Market around but right now especially there is a great Butcher shop. Friendly, skilled and very attentive. I'm glad they found regular coverage in this department bc for a while the coverage at Meat Shop was weak over the Summer and I was sold beef chuck for Steak Tip. I gave up buying my meat from them for that time bc they needed to find the people they have there now. Ultimately I really missed getting the protein I became accustomed to. Well it's been back in full force and I am so thankful for the help I recieve there now. Especially the female on evening shift. She's a keeper Whole Foods.

The produce is another area of the store I recommend. It's a busy section, can be cramped, though you can always find fresh produce and someone stocking something and they will gladly help you locate item or answer a question.

The bakery has some really delicious individual items or larger cakes. The selection on the individual slices and minis are plenty. It's my final stop on the way to the register unless I need something from the deli right next to it. Both the bakery and deli have friendly attentive staff ready to help. It's always staffed well with friendly help.

This Whole Foods is an essential part of the neighborhood it serves. I think they care about the work they do and I rely on having it here bc quality is unmatched anywhere else locally and the people are hard working.

In the lobby entrance there are also Amazon Prime Lockers to pickup packages or return your items at customer service inside store.

In my book a grade A downtown Super Market. I don't know who doesn't love Whole Food and Amazon.

Over all this Whole Foods is well managed & some of the personal are very helpful, others not so much so. The Deli/Prepared Foods dept.s seem to carry a chip on their shoulders (maybe it's because they feel put upon(?). Otherwise, always over priced on most items, cuz it's Whole Foods in Charles River Plaza and the elitist feel they can gouge their customers ;)

Whole Foods Market in near MGH in the Plaza in front of 175 Cambridge St, literally has the best variety, value and quality! Their plant section is pleasing to the person who is buying Groceries and anything else in this area! I highly recommend coming here and having lunch, browsing and looking at the amazing selections of items for your home!

I’ve been visiting this Whole Foods for a few years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. It’s very clean, easy to navigate and well stocked. The staff are all very courteous and helpful - I’m especially impressed by how well they manage the self-checkout! I’m grateful that this location is so well operated.

A week ago, I purchased a cookie with a price of $1.95. I was in a hurry because I was going for a flu shot next door. After paying at a self-service machine with my VISA card, I threw away the receipt with the wrapper.

When I got home I was surprised to see $41.95 taken from my checking account. It was processed as an ATM transaction.

I went back yesterday to trace the transaction and Adam and his team manager could not have been more helpful. I got my money returned today and was happy to spend some of it at Whole Foods due to their great service.

It was an excellent cookie but it was not worth $41.95.

This was a machine error. Always check your receipts before you leave a store. Customers and their children abuse the self-service machines and a lot can happen.

Thank you, Adam and staff.

We loved the ready to eat hot dogs encased in the dough and baked with cheese on top.
I do not usually like hot dogs, but these were the best! Wondering what brand the hot dogs are?
