Family Dollar

I came in today and there was a worker named Tracy and he was being so polite to everybody that came in and out and not in front of anybody but just because and he went an extra step above and beyond just to help people out with certain things or it was just very heartwarming to see a young man behaving like that there should be more like him in the world especially in the retail business. Hey family Dollar you might wanna keep him and give him a raise!!! And I heard that he was going to be transferred over to the Taylor store and that's right by me and I couldn't be more happy to hear that!! I hope more workers take some pointers from him! Pointers on how to behave and how to interact with customers and not just because somebody's looking or being fake but because he genuinely cared and you could tell and that's what made it so heartwarming!!!
