T-Mobile

We have had good experiences with T-Mobile. They have always taken care of our needs without questioning how we damaged our phone. When we switched, they weren't aggressive or pushy. They just explained our options and left it up to us to make the decisions. I appreciate not having to deal with a high-pressure salesperson.

My store associate was Nicole H. Her customer service skills was above and beyond. I went in yesterday with lots of questions about the free tablet promotion and she answered all of them. I told her the purpose of the tablet and what it would be used for on the daily and she did an outstanding job making sure i went with the best but affordable monthly service for my tablet. Thanks again Nicole:)

Very helpful people too bad the sprint system is still causing so pain in the transition, but the people care and want to help. If they can't solve the issue they will speak to someone who can to help out. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Went to have my phone fixed as it would no longer stream videos. While they fix that issue, he made a human error causing my phone to no longer receive or make calls. When I returned to store, the man at the door explained they had just closed for the night. I explained I was there 2 hours ago and something is wrong with my phone. He unlocked the door and stayed late just to make sure he had everything taken care of before I left.
