7-Eleven

Stopped originally at 900 n university dr location none of the slurpee machines were working so we left and came to this one. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! 2 gentlemen at the counter were extremely polite and helpful when I asked for small slurpee cups for my girls. This store is also super clean. I will be going out of my way to come to this location because it's sooooooooo worth it. Please give recognition to these men working today at 2:30pm. They are so welcoming, polite, and charming.

My car broke down right on Taft Street so some great guys pushed it into the side parking lot of this 7-11 Store. In the meantime, my friend and I went into the store several times, used their restroom and of course bought things to eat from the store. I explained to the Asst. Manager and the staff that we were parked in their lot and waiting for the tow truck. After 5+ hours of waiting and no tow trucks from any of the companies that were called, we had a friend pick us up and had to leave the car. Before leaving, I went back into the store and asked them if we could leave the car overnight until we could get a tow the next morning. The Asst. Manager said it was OK (I told him I would stand responsible for any problems with the car). I came back this morning with the tow truck and it was still there and untouched. I just want to say one thing about this store -- customer service is NOT only selling gas or having a cold drink available. It's the people who stand BEHIND the business willing to help a neighbor out when in need. THAT is what really counts.

I went in to get a pan da Bono, paid with my wallet and left. I always get gas at the same 7-Eleven, and I don't look at the price because I'm used to going here and I feel comfortable and safe.

I am disabled and I was having a hard time getting in the door because I wasn't feeling very well. So a guy ran out and help me made sure I made it in the door and offered to push me where I needed it inside the store. I remember his name because someone close to me has the same and his name was Charles. But all around it is kept clean and everything you expect out of a 7-Eleven. I come back here with no problems not just because it's on my way, but for the reason that I am given the best service that you don't expect out of a gas station.

I'm a disabled female on my visit to this 7-11q young man by the name of Charles went above and beyond to assist me with getting my gas and made sure I was ok before I left thank you.

I’ve been going to the store for several years and everything was fine, but recently there is a staff member that is very rude to the customers, specially if they don’t speak perfect English which is very rude of her. She doesn’t even stopped herself to say bad words in front of the costumers. And the worst is that she is Spanish too. Shame on her

Nice gas station & store, but my biggest concern is the lack of attention and maintenance. I get so disgusted by seeing the enormous spider webs on top of every pump.. its grown so much and its getting closer to the actual pump.. its very dirty. it terrifies me to know how enormous the webs are.. they need to send a company to clean this area ASAP! very unsanitary. please send a cleaning company.
