The UPS Store

I've been in and out of the Malta location a few times now having moved into the area September 1st and I'm extremely impressed with staff courtesy, attentiveness. I work around the region and have to pop in and out of UPS stores often, this location it was noticeable how friendly and professional the employees are.

This store has great employees, who take care of the customer very quickly. They are friendly and professional. The store has everything you need, if you don't have something. The busy time is in the am, so I avoid that time. Overall, awesome experience.

I feel like I go here everyday lol. This is the only place I go for Amazon returns and even for printing my labels out. Everyone is SUPER friendly and helpful.

We always do our Amazon returns at this UPS Store and Alejandro is always working and taking care of everyone. He does an amazing job getting everyone in and out of the store in a breeze! This time we needed some printing done and Alejandro was able to get everything we needed done while balancing helping the other customers! Always a great experience stopping in to the Malta UPS Store!

The level of service at the UPS Malta store is truly exceptional! Maryellen assisted me with an important shipment and went above and beyond to ensure everything went without a hitch! Alejandro followed up with a call to confirm all was well. Great staff and awesome experience…thank you!

This UPS location is amazing. Each time I go in, Alejandro is polite and helpful. I am in and out quickly. Last time I was there, I realized I forgot my wallet and Alejandro was kind enough to purchase the box to ship my item. Of course, I returned later that day to pay him back and thank him. Overall, I highly recommend using this location!!

I’ve used this store several times w no issues. The last time I went, there was an issue with a lost package. I thought nothing was being done to help me, but the UPS store was working behind the scenes to figure out what happened. I finally heard back today, and it looks like They fixed the issue and I’ll be getting my money back for the lost package. I appreciate everyone working to help me. I will continue to use this store for all my shipping/printing needs.

Clean, convenient and Alejandro is fantastic. I had an issue with the return label I'd printed at home and he was so quick to help me by printing another in-store, all with a smile. Couldn't ask for better!

Extremely clean, organized store and Alejandro the manager was incredibly helpful with notary services and returns. Careful tho, don't get lost in his eyes. 10/10.
