It's the one they bake the donuts at, so they are usually the freshest. The service is great and the location is clean.

If every Dunkin fell into the sea, I would not shed a tear. But with that said, this is one of the biggest and nicest DDs I have ever seen. But it is still Dunkin.

About the best DD in Upstate NY. They bake here and have better variety and hard to find donuts than anywhere else. Staff is all consistently friendly and helpful. Nice seating area

I got my usual two extra large black coffees and an iced tea for a friend. Service is great, and all the prices a little higher than usual, I still can't get past those terrible paper cups. They leak and then it's never feel right. After all this time come on Dunkin' Donuts get the cups right!

Just had the nicest interaction here today! One of the workers, didn’t catch her name but she was very pretty and had curly hair. She told me I liked my vibe and that I looked like a ray of sunshine. Totally brightened my day! Thanks so much for being so nice, kindness goes a LONG way!

This crew made a jammed up breakfast sandwich and the coffee was better than usual. We have a Dunks on almost every corner in Massachusetts, and this one I would like to take back with me - if they were all this good, I wouldn't stop anywhere else.

Stopped by here earlier in the morning and the employees were nice, quick, and awesome. The order was correct and the food was as expected. I will never like Dunkin coffee but drink it when I can't get to another place.

To be honest I don’t even really like Dunkin coffee but I get it for myself and my S.O for work in the morning and the staff is very friendly. I come to the drive-thru several days of the week and I am always greeted with a smile and a “how are you”. They hired some newer people I’ve noticed and I think they are doing well. The place is usually quite clean and I will continue to get my morning coffee here.

Best dunkin donuts I have ever been to! Everything was perfectly done, hot and exactly as I ordered it. My latte was perfectly done as well! Service was excellent too!

Very excited they had my lemon donut! My favorite! The new pretzels were good too. It would be great to have cheese dip as well as the mustard.

Best run drive-thru I've ever been to! So fast, so nice, and unlike other Dunkins, they actually have all the types of donuts!
