I’m giving 5 stars because I appreciate the conveniency of the pharmacy being open 24/7. Truly is a life-saver, the pharmacist Dr. Wael is so very kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about patients / customers. Yes they get busy, and yes wait times can be long. But that’s truly out of their hands, the least we can do is appreciate that they’re there to help US! I’ve also encountered another sweet pharmacist whose name I didn’t catch, she was very kind and took the time out of her very busy day to answer my questions about a medication in-depth. Thank you to all the pharmacists and techs.

My go-to convenience store. If I ever feel like I need something, I go here and they usually have it. Huge variety and very reliable. Friendly staff and very helpful. I've never had a bad experience with this CVS. Have used the minute clinic as well and they were super helpful. Pictures can be printed too. There is also a redbox stationed outside if you want to buy movies. Reasonable prices as well.

A+ staff here. They are always working hard in the Pharmacy. Always with a smile, professional and courteous. Don't mind the wait, cause they have what you need and it's always correct.

Charity, one of the pharmacists there, was so nice and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me with my selection. I’m sure pharmacists everywhere are understandably stressed to the max during these times so her pleasant attitude was much appreciated.

Always very kind, courteous and very personable. They go the extra mile to happily answer all your questions. Something you can't count on at other pharmacies, not even other CVS pharmacies.

I needed materials from the Pharmacy. It was very easy to navigate the store. The staff were polite and welcoming. The pharmacy Isles were clearly labeled making it easy to find what I needed. On the way out they were prompt and courteous.

The whole staff is very helpful. Jessica in the minute clinic really knew her stuff. She was so helpful and kind when I went in with a ear infection. I highly recommend this cvs for service. We are lucky to have them in Simpsonville.

Miranda and Pam are professional, personable and efficient.

I genuinely hope your administration has had the opportunity to recognize the asset you have in these team members and have equipped them with the tools needed to excel in the brand.

These ladies need a raise.

Great staff! Very friendly, the pharmacy staff remembers their customers, and goes out of their way to help any way they can. My favorite Pharmacy, and one of the best CVS branches as well.

Always very friendly staff and knowledgeable Pharmacist. 24 hour Pharmacy. I have no health insurance and normally get my prescriptions filled at Publix Pharmacy down the road, however some medications I get at CVS because there is nearly a $30 difference in price at Publix. Highly recommended.

Everyone working at this location is very nice, friendly and helpful. I wish I were able to give due recognition to everyone by name. Despite being extremely busy most of the time, the staff at this location work hard never to lose sight of each individual customer and do everything they can to make sure needs are met. Couldn't ask for better.

Always good service but really hate trying to leave the parking lot. Traffic is just horrible.

The drive-thru staff is very conscientious of the COVID-19 sanitary guidelines!
