Amazing experience. Came here to pick up prescription. Apparently they didn’t have it for some reason. Instead of sending me away, they (pharmacy - Francis) called the doctor and asked for confirmation. After that my prescription was ready in 20 min.

The reason why my calling this amazing is because of of how the service is at the nearest Walgreens - reversing prescription takes forever, two last times it took 2 DAYS to get medications.

To everybody else running from Walgreens - this is the pharmacy to use.

I so love the pharmacy and staff. They are so awesome, professional, friendly, and go that extra mile to help you. I have been with different pharmacies over the last 20+ adult years and I have never had the awesome experience I do like I have with them in the last 2 yrs. My husband and I always go with the same pharmacy but recently his insurance stopped letting him go there and he told me to stay since we have had great service and wished he never had to leave. I live close by, so I've been getting prescriptions for me and the whole family here for the last 11 years at this point...plus other stuff (they have a fantastic selection of chocolate bars!). All the people that work here have always been very polite and helpful, and I've noticed that employee turnover rate is really low. That alone says a lot about a business. The folks at the pharmacy are absolutely awesome. They do everything they can to deal with any hiccups from the doctors office or insurance companies, they always have everything ready when they say they will, they answer any questions they can and will even point you in the right direction if it's not possible for them to meet your needs. Whether it's food, construction materials, clothing, medications, etc...there's almost always multiple places that will have what you're looking for. So it's not merely about about products and price. Employees are 95% of what makes a business good or not...and this Bartells is a GREAT place.

Only once did I have a problem and I realized it was a big change of employees at pharmacy. Now the pharmacy is very good and helpful. Better than before. The rest of the store has excellent employees as well. Kind. Friendly and helpful. I love looking at everything they have there.

It is THE BEST customer services experience I ever had in my life. Probably because I wasn't treated as a customer. The employees at this pharmacy do not care because it's their job to care, they care because this is who they are. I am amazed and grateful. This experience is such a contrast to the everyday indifference we come across everywhere we go. Out of 5 stars I give 10!

This team is short staffed and they’re doing he best they can given the circumstances. Hopefully it’s something they can sort out sooner than later since the wait times don’t seem sustainable in the long term, but they’re in a tough spot.

Nice and helpful! Wish we lived closer because the Bartells by my house is terrible! They were helpfully with an issue even though they were busy and with broken down computers! Definitely 5 star pharmacy!

Great Pharamcy. I have used this Pharmacy for years and as long as I live in Everett I will not use any other pharmacy. Great staff, none better in Everett.

Very friendly employees and that are always smiling and communicate well. Always get my prescriptions called in to my doctor right away and they notify via text which is awesome.

Came in first thing in the morning to have a prescription filled for someone else after a medical emergency. The pharmacist was nice and they filled the prescriptions filled quickly.

I love their "After season Sales" and the help that I have received when having photos made. Pattie does an excellent job. Expecting to have a great "New Year".

The staff is always great and they always have what I need. They're my go-to store for convenience items and their Pharmacy is always quick.
