I’ve come here a few times for returns or notary’s and the process is also so fast and easy. The staff on site is always very nice and kind. You are in and out very quick.

A++ Jin + Team are a polite and professional business that does their best to help everyone. I'm in here a few times a month and they are patient and kind, despite challenging, unprepared customers who cause confusion for rest of us.

Very very helpful. I was making a return to Amazon and after I dropped off my package, I realized that I needed two separate packages. It was 2 of the same item, and they arrived in the same package so I was unaware that Amazon had issued two separate QR codes for the return. I realized it an hour later and went back to UPS. They opened up the boxes they had already packed and located my package. They were extremely helpful and very very patient with me. Five stars for excellent excellent customer service and support.

They go out of their way to be so helpful. I showed up for return, but didn't realize I needed a box and return label. The employee found an empty package bag and printed a label for a small fee. Love coming here!

I was there today and one of the employees assisted me and she was the best. I wish I got her name. When asked if there were specific kinds of boxes, she didn’t just show me options but asked what I needed and made it happen. It wasn’t a difficult request but she knew exactly what I needed and knew how to execute. I was out of there in 5 minutes because she took care of everything, including packing and taping it up. Thank you, especially this year and season when demands are even higher. When she was done helping me out, she smiled and said, “that was fun!”

Don't listen to the haters. This is a courteous and helpful UPS store.

Just dropped off a package and the staff was so nice and helpful in letting me know what my options were to send a package outside the U.S. I asked about tracking and they gave me details on how I can monitor this to the final destination. I highly recommend utilizing this UPS location.

I’m kinda new customer here. They are very friendly and nice. I felt very pleasure to be there and they tried to do their best to me. They are so nice. I definitely use this ups store again.

I stopped by the UPS for returning a book ten minutes ago. When I went there, the owner was not there. The staff is super nice and helpful. I have never met the staff like her. Even though I did not meet the owner, I definitely make big compliment to this store. Thanks a lot.
