DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This has been my first and only visit to this location, but it was a very pleasant and informative experience. I was looking for a particular brand of ballet shoe and saw that this DSW carried that manufacturer. This store is located within Shopper's World, so there is a large parking lot with handicapped spots and even electric charging spaces.
Upon entry, the store is large, well lit, and organized by styles. Finding myself overwhelmed, I found and asked an employee where I could find the shoe I was hunting. While he hadn't heard of the brand, he pointed me to the flats section where I found what I was looking for.
They didn't have the exact style I wanted, but similar types were in stock. I tried two other styles to determine my size and to get a sense of the support and feeling the shoes may provide.
Satisfied, I left the store confidently and made a purchase later online that evening. Thanks to DSW's helpful staff, well organized and arranged store, I was able to make an informed purchase. If I ever need to look for another specific shoe, I will definitely check here.

We had an amazing experience with an associate named José. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He seems to have a great grasp on his business and his customer base.

This place has rows and rows of quality shoes and many sizes available. There is also a large clearance area. The employees were polite, everything is well organized, and the building is huge and airy. It was worth the drive!

Just visited the Framingham location. It’s helpful to see the shoes, clothing and accessory displays. A customer service rep was readily available to bring my shoe purchases to the front desk while I continued shopping.

Easy location at the mall...plenty of parking...huge selection, but limited work shoes

We had a terrible time finding a pair of shoes for my daughter. We ordered a pair through the Natick store and the wrong size was shipped to us. Jodi, the store manager was phenomenal! The Natick store did not have the size we needed so they ordered us another pair. Jodi and her crew were very helpful and polite. I will be returning to this DSW!

Good location nearby the Natic mall, carries a lot of designer brands for men and women pricing varies depending on the brand, if you are member you can receive some good discount.
