Love going to this location because everyone is so helpful and happy to see you. I wanted to get a couple books and one of the ladies brought over a bundle set to see if I could get a deal. It's just an accumulation of small gestures that makes me think they really care.

Came here looking for coals for my oven. Did not find any, but left with a good book.

Always have what I need and some things that I don't but get anyway. Staff is also very helpful when you are looking for a specific book.

My favourite place to go for books. The staff here is amazing and super friendly. If you don't know what to read, they always have great recommendations. Plus you can always count on great deals when a new book hits the shelves.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Found all the books we were looking for with the except of one. Which is being shipped directly to my home with free shipping, thanks to the girls at Coles Sevenoaks location. Masks are required and if you don't have your own you can purchase one for $1.

I went to the mall today and realized I had forgotten my regular day to day mask at home. In my truck I had a plastic shield type mask from a while back that I had tried and decided to use it for now. When I went into Cole’s I was informed by the manager, Emily, that Cole’s does not allow for this type of mask to be worn in the store and she politely offered me the proper kind. I was so impressed on how Emily approached me on such a sensitive topic. She displayed grace and respect and it was well done. Sadly, these type of compliments are rarely, or pretty much never, offered, so I thought I would be the first. It was done so well that I just had to say WAY TO GO Emily! And thank you.

Awesome staff - they're always busy, but if you ever have a question or need help, they are happy to assist you (good on them for being able to balance customers and what seems to be a never-ending workflow).
A smaller location, so not as amazing of a selection of books as, say, the one in Metrotown, but that is to be expected, and they do seem to still have a stellar selection.

I've been looking for a book for quite a long time and unfortunately they didn't have it but I always loved their selection and they have a great amount of resources to pull in books the lady did manage to sort out where I could find the book that I was looking for so I really appreciate the support and help in that great place great experience good selection

The employees here deserve a raise for how well they're handling the pandemic! Everyone is so friendly and kind. A really aggressive man barged in without a mask and all the employees and security handled it so extremely well. I'm sorry they have to deal with this kind of stuff but I'm grateful they dealt with it so well.

I went to Cole's for some new reading material. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. There was a sanitization station right at the entrance to the store. It's a must to sanitize your hands before going in. I find I like Coles over Chapter's simply because Coles is smaller in size. They had many books on a sale table to choose from. I will always shop for paper books and will never own a kindle. I love the feeling of turning a page and ear making it!

I ALWAYS find what I'm looking for at Coles. The store has a wide selection of genres, themes and authors and are always up to date with the most popular, current reads.

A busy place, but I got squeezed in and they fixed my tire for a good price. Always great service.
