Picked up a lovely hanging pot of String of Turtles. They grew so well, I bought a second!

I rented a steam cleaner from here which I never knew they had. It was easy to rent and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. If I ever need to rent one of these for my home or for my vehicle I will definitely come here again. I was able to rent the Bissell Green Machine but it's the commercial version so it's really strong and powerful.

This past weekend, I went to Lowe's to buy a dishwasher. Lee from appliances assisted me. He was very helpful and patient. Thank you very much, Lee, for being so polite and helpful! I would recommend Abbotsford Lowes for anything wanting to buy appliances because their staff there is awesome!

I went through Lowe's for my kitchen. Beautiful cupboards have been installed. So efficient and fast. Awaiting my countertops.
The people who have helped me have been so knowledgeable.

I did not know that Lowes sold moving boxes!
They have small, medium and large.
Very strong sturdy boxes.
The prices were the most reasonable here. I did shop compare!
They have packing paper, tape and bubble wrap for those fragile items.
This has made my long distant move so much easier being able to purchase moving boxes.

I added 1 star because of Zoya! She is the ultimate helping hand. Many clearance items were out, but she found me exactly what I needed while helping 2 others on the phone. Full of energy & willing to go the extra mile; can't say enough how happy I felt after leaving the store.

Excellent customer service! We are downsizing and puchased an apartment that needs new appliances and other updates. After a few days of research and recommendations, we decided to go to Lowe's in Abbotsford on June 4th and 5th, 2020.

We were feeling a bit overwhelmed with the task of buying all the appliances and other items. But, within minutes of arriving, we were being helped by Mike in appliances. He was so helpful and answered all our questions.

Mike gave us all the information we needed to make important decisions. He was very personable, professional and highly knowledgeable about all the appliances. He even knew things about installation that saved us a lot of time and money. We felt like he really listened to us the whole time.

We returned the next day to purchase the appliances and a number of other items for our new apartment. We asked for Mike specifically, because of how helpful and friendly he was the day before.

Mike walked us through every detail and all the paper work. During a time of great transition for us, Mike made the whole process easy. What a refreshing experience. In fact, Mike provided us with the best customer service we've ever encountered.

Mike had excellent presentation skills and should be a sales trainer :)

We're looking forward to enjoying our new appliances in our new place.

Also, it's a minute from the freeway and there's ample parking at this location.

My husband and I were at Lowe’s Sumas. There was three very amazing gentlemen that helped us. Their names were Gordon, Aneil and Dennis. I was so impressed by the their top notch customer service! They spend some extra time with us explaining every product and many options. This experience will definitely have us coming back if we ever need anything! Thanks guys!

Caleb gave me great service and went the extra mile with a damaged product I wanted to buy. Kudos to Caleb. I’ll definitely be back because of him.

I met Dennis lundstrom and he is THE BEST customer service I’ve enjoyed in YEARS!!!!!! This man (AKA Clark Kent) knew where everything was, gave me several options to choose, shared a joke with me and walked me out…WHO DOES THAT!!!
Also he helped these two old Dollie’s and fixed one of their walkers and they loved him for it..

Came in looking for a fan light cover and Tisyn (sorry i may have spelt his name incorrectly) came with excellent costumer service providing me with great knowledge on the products. Please keep in mind the lighting department was not his specialty to begin with yet he was able to get me exactly what I need. We were in looking at appliances. Lee Read in your Abbotsford location was very knowledgeable about the appliances we were looking at. He was also very helpful and honest and patient with us. He has a very good demeanour and excellent communication skills. He is why we chose to purchase at your location. Thanks Lee for all that you did for us. Great work!

Lowe's doesn't always have the best prices. But I will definitely consider them for another visit based off of the great customer service I received. 3 people asked to help me. One got me a cart(I'm not old enough to require assistance getting a cart), and the lady at the cashier helped me when the self checkout short changed me. It was like the machine is my spirit animal cause it was trying to save money just how like I'm always trying!

Bought a screen door and separate handle hardware only to find door had the hardware already. Went to return it with receipt only to realize we used hubby’s debit card. No problem! Received cash and I was on my way. The store is huge, clean, nice layout, humongous stock, great prices and staff ROCK!! Will definitely revisit!! Even went to the garden centre and asked about a 50% off pansy basket and received excellent, honest feedback from the friendly staff. Didn’t buy it because I wanted to put the basket in the ground and was told it would die because it was at end of blooming and they didn’t like full sun ☀ which was where I planned to put it. Really great 👍 honest down to earth people!

Helpful. Met my needs even though I did not follow pick up processes. Very obliging and willing to do the heavy lifting. I had a good feeling g when I left the building. Amd because of their attentiveness, I will be back. Appreciated the 2 customer service employees at the desk who assisted me

I love this hardware store the selection is huge, and the pricing is very competitive if not cheaper. But the quality is great, it is big and very impressively clean. but there biggest asset are the associates they are knowledgeable and caring and want to help as well as it is not hard to find one who will help.my wife and I love to go in at least once a month to Rome around and see if there is a good sale on something we need. and no the flyers are ease but we love to look at all the great stuff. thanks lows
