Very good food they gave us a huge ice cream for 1 the pizza was also great.

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone for a bakery order. Customer service desk is just as bad. I was transferred & hung up on 3 separate times. It shouldn’t be this hard to put a cookie cake order in for my sons birthday.

Keisha, the bakery management, called me a few hours after placing the order. She apologized and told me that they want their customers to be satisfied with not only the products they sell but also their service. Pickup this morning was easy and the cookie cake looks great. My son is happy and loves it. Thank you

Absolutely the best Sam's club I've ever been in. I'm pretty sure the Sam's club that I go to gets the leftovers from this one. Went in expecting to spend a hundred bucks on some chicken wings and steaks and $700 later and packing the truck full of stuff. It was really fun, the store super clean, there are some great quality items in the store, and a lot of things you would never expect to see. I like how every now and again there was a really cool item in a little nook and cranny. Also they have the best clothing and I bought 6 shirts and four pairs of shorts. Really good quality lightweight sportswear. I really liked the Greg Norman items.

We live out in the sticks. So, we order all our groceries for the month online with Sam's. Drive over the next day, pick groceries up. Then, it's an hour back to the country. Works out good for us. Not feasible to go to the store every week with these Biden gas prices.

You had everything I needed, and Member's Mark products are top quality.. Only complaint is ALL the meat cutters left at 2pm. I don't have much arm strength (breast cancer/axillary nodes) so I really count on things like that). Whoever made that schedule wasn't thinking.

Half and half, eggs, love the members mark broccoli cheddar soup. Reminds me of Paneras broccoli cheddar without the high price!

It's Sam's club what can I say always we'll stocked and clean. Self app checkout makes shopping effortless.

Gas prices are always better than anywhere around. Using the app and scan and go feature always helps speed up the line when you use it.

Has anyone noticed that when people are there though, most can’t seem to remember what side of the car their gas tank is on? Always crossing over their cars with the hose. Idk. Just seems to happen there.

Please like & share our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. From the moment I entered, was greeted with a smile. Was attempting to shop some deals on Ziploc, Bounty, and Cottonelle. Did not have an Instant Savings booklet. Asked customer service at the desk. They did not have any on hand amd instructed me on how to see them with the app. Downloaded the Sams Club app for the specials. When checking out, I noticed that they were not showing up as in store deals. I would have to have it scheduled for pickup the next day OR delivered. Asked another employee for guidance and she showed me how to get such deals using the scan'n go function. At checkout I had a gift card that I could not use for scan n go orders. Another employee by the name of Patrick gave me the advice of using scan n go for my savings deals and then a gift card at a register for the remaining. Brilliant! While Patrick was assisting me another customer seemed to need help and interrupted us rudely. He had just finished sharing my options and didn't seem bothered by the rude guy at check out. He was all smiles. Honestly, any other person would be annoyed but he continued to smile and help customers. Patrick's smile and courteous professionalism could end world wars. As a newbie to shopping at Sam's and using the app, it was amazing to have that level of assistance throughout the store. This is a true reflection of great management.
Will definitely, definitely be back. Also noticed that Sam's gas prices are lower than Buccee's prices as well. Just a lil FYI. Thanks to all for the pleasant experience!

Wellthe service of itself was not what I expected the machine at the pump did not recognize my the same card that i used the last time I was in that area but to my surprise one of the customers that was also getting fuel came over and helped me out it was late evening almost closing no one

Went shopping at 4pm, was busier than it normally is for a Sunday. Had people saying excuse me, as they plowed their way past me. People don't know what EXCUSE ME MEANS. It means you stay and wait until the way is clear for you to go. I'm guessing they drive their car the same way. A bunch of rude shoppers yesterday, can ruin anybodies shopping experience. Then at checkout, my tomatoes would not scan. Held up line trying to get employee to fix it, she was helping someone else and just walked away. When I got back to my register, I had to rescan all my items again. I did talk to the employee, she apologized, but I had to leave without my tomatoes. Frustrating, since I drive 65 miles r/t to shop there. Think about an alternative store to shop at next time. Or just not renew my membership this year.

Surprisingly not busy. Had everything that I needed. Quiche! Yum!
