The UPS Store

OK so I’ve been using this UPS store for my PO Box for a number of years although I’ve been to several other UPS stores. I find this one the men and the women alike that work. There are extremely nice, extremely helpful and very courteous. I give this a big thumbs up.

Both staff members greeted me as soon as I entered the building. James was awesome, and I finished my transaction very quick and hassle free.

The UPS store knows customer service, they took the time to very carefully package a hand made picture frame with a hand drawn image. I feel confident in its saftey in transit

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! The service is fast and efficient but most of all, the owners and the employees have been fantastic! It's been six years and I have yet to be disappointed. Everyone there is upbeat, smiling and fun loving, even when the store is busy and they are running around like crazy! Everything is very clean, not cluttered and I even like the essential oil diffuser that's usually running near the front of the store. It's a nice, welcoming touch!

I had the best shopping experience I have ever had here. Laura and the girls are SO helpful, kind, and patient. I shipped a guitar and they made sure that it was packed properly in the case, wrapped the case, and made me a custom box to fit the guitar in its case! They custom-tailored each aspect of my needs, and didn’t let me leave until all my needs and questions were answered. If you have ANY shipping needs, or mailing to be done, look no further than the UPS Store in Mountain Home, ID! I know I will again!

Greeted with a smile goes such a long way for me. I was reluctant to even bring my package in because I didn't think they could fit it in anything. But they took my mattress topper that clearly didn't fit in the box I bought it in an through it on the floor. Rolled it tightly an we managed to get it in a big box and send it off for just around 20 bucks! I thought for sure I'd spend $50 or more. Freakin amazing customer service. Love this place!

Very clean store and employee was very nice to help and even made recommendations to save me money.

Recently I had 7 large packages that I was returning to a company I purchased from, since they paid the return shipping I had to take them into the Ups store. The packages wouldn't fit in my car and I didn't have access to a truck. I called the Mtn Home Ups store and spoke with the Mgr Laura. When I explained my situation to her she offered to have her husband come with his truck or trailer to pick up and take to the store for me. I was surprised, happy, and thankful that she would go beyond their usual services to help me out in this situation. The staff at this store is friendly and helpful, I recommend them to anyone that needs the services of a Ups store. I will continue to use them.

I have multiple UPS mailboxes throughout the country. And this location is by far the best. They remember my name and always greet me with a smile. All the employees are eager to help and ensure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. I always look forward to making a visit to this location; thank you so much, and keep up the great work.

My sister and I came to this UPS store on 4/24/2021 at the end of a week of clearing out our grandmother's house after her passing. The ladies who helped us (sorry, we didn't get your names! D:) were so kind and patient with us, despite the fact that we brought in 13 boxes to ship! It was such a pleasant way to end an otherwise stressful and emotionally exhausting week. The prices were very reasonable as well. We are so grateful to them!

The manager and her employees help me get back a shipment before it left Mountain Home. They also took the time to help me get back my shipping costs. Great people, friendly and willing to take the time to help.

Amazing customer service! The man was very patient and understanding about my Christmas gift! Even though it was a month late to come to my house! The best he could do was, understandable, and he have gave me the other UPS CC - Mountain Home's 800 number. :) ♥

The ladies in the store are always super nice and helpful when I go in and buy my stamps, mail packages out of state, or even just go in for a few postal boxes. They make sure I'm always greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. The delivery drivers are always super nice when they deliver packages to my door. Love this store and the people that work there.

This store has the most AMAZING service! I have been in twice now and find myself impressed enough to take the time to leave a review. If you need something faxed or printed from an email, need something boxed and sent... this is the place!!!! Above and beyond is what you will experience!

Good service and acknowledged customer in timely manner

Absolutely phenomenal service. The current management there is astounding and I couldn't be happier with how friendly they are. When I walk in, I feel like I'm a friend. Then again I've known them since they bought the franchise, but still, I'm treated right!
