DECEMBER 2023 UPDATE: I was recently charged by Amazon for a return item that I had dropped at this Kohl's back in October.

Amazon did return my refund when I contacted their customer support and provided more information on my return experience at Kohl's. I don't know if this issue had anything to do with Kohl's, but it was resolved quickly with Amazon. I just wanted to give you a heads up!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Kohl's has an Amazon return kiosk in here, and it's quick and easy to drop-off items for return at this location. Everyone is nice that helps with the return process. Even the people in the line are nice!

I don't know what's going on at this Kohl's, but it's always a pleasant experience when I stop in.

Kohl’s store in Jensen Beach is really clean and neat and the service is great. The only thing is they don’t have a lot of sizes and products in the stores like they have online which they should start putting it more in the store so we know what we’re buying in the material that’s the only thing about the Kohl’s in Jensen Beach. Hope fix that us women ! Thanks

Great experience, our sales associate, Camille was very friendly and helpful. We found a great deal on a couple of sale items and saved even more using our coupon, sale price, and Kohl’s Cash. Overall great experience!

I went to Kohl's today for something very specific that I saw online. It was a Step2 kids picnic table. The price was great so I headed that way, noting that they had 2 in stock. I'm at Kohl's associate Rubin upon entering the Jensen Beach location. Rubin kindly asked if I needed help which prompted me to show him the picture of my intended purchase which I was not finding on the floor in the toy section. Rubin said he would go in back and check the stock. It took a while so I asked the customer service associate in the back if everything was okay. She was aware that he was searching for it and said that he did find the two in stock however they were up on a high shelf and he was working to get them down. Rubin provided exceptional customer service in came out with the picnic table on a large cart. He proceeded to help us check out and even brought the large item to our vehicle loading it into the back of our SUV. Talk about going above and beyond. I hope someone on his management team sees this and provides him the proper accolades for exceptional customer service!!! The store was clean and organized. A shopping pleasure.

Kohl’s is the best reasonable store that keep the quality and prices affordable. Always something new and good, it is a company that cares for the customers. Everything is durable and affordable at Kohl’s. Once you visit it you will be happy that you did it. I’m only a happy customer who love to dress nice and affordable, and I love to share when something is good. Kohl’s is the store to get what you need and to save money. Good quality!

Jadalyn at the register was excellent, super patient, helpful and polite.

Extremely clean store. Only flaw to me is that there aren’t any entrances or exits from US 1. All the clothes and items were presented very well. Prices were a little high and the items were on sale, but everything is high now. Only had one register open, but they weren’t really many customers in the store at the time. Cashier was very friendly.

This location is great! I am here on a regular basis and I’m always greeted. I always find what I’m looking for, plenty of selection and stock. I love my JB Kohl’s!

Experience was great. Deborah helped me out a lot today enduring. She was extremely nice. Very kind lady and she couldn't have been more professional and just a peach. Great deals today I made out like a bandit. I got 70% off extra 35% off. I think I saved about $700 on my card today that I got from them and I made a lot of good purchases and I'm extremely happy. They are a great place, clean bathrooms. You can get your Amazon stuff dropped off here and they got 25% off that day you can use. There's a lot of good things about shopping at Kohl's. You'll love them!.

I love this Kohl’s Store in Jensen Beach FL! Been a Customer For Years! It’s Always Clean & Organized! The People who Work here are Always, Nice, Helpful & Greet Everyone who walks through the Door! Just recently they Did a Make over & Added a Sephora Beauty RIGHT in The Middle of the Store!! SO Cool 😎!! Picked Up My Free BDay Gift & Treated Myself To Some Make Up and A Lovely Perfume!!
I Also took advantage of Some Super Deals All Over The Store, PLUS EXTRA Discounts With My Coupon! : )

The quality of merchandise was excellent. But the bargains with the discount made it beyond wonderful.

Dressing room was clean and I was able to try on my clothes without a wait. The Check out clerk was friendly and helpful.

I love kohls and the associate Jolynn helped me obtain my lost Kohls cash and Expired Kohl’s cash. When she couldn’t help with out permission she obtained the manager so that she could help me. Jolynn is the best the girl deserves a raise (Kohl’s in Jensen Beach ) She also assisted with a return and was able to update it manually so that I could get my Kohls cash return right away instead of waiting for the app to update. The girl in the front did not take the time to assist me the way Jolynn did. You need more people like Jolynn that are knowledgeable and willing to help. I almost left the store without a full wagon of unpurchashed items after shopping for three hours. When I was told by the cashier in the front, that the girl who did my return did it wrong and didn’t know what she was doing, well she actually took care of all my concerns and I bought all the things in my cart. Thank you Jolynn we need more people like you willing to go the extra mile to help someone. Satisfied Customer because of the service I received from Jolynn 🙏🏻😊

Had to accompany my wife for a return. It was a pleasure. Human help immediately after entering. She did not have her receipt. NO Problem. Had such a good experience decided to buy 3 additional blouses. It's difficult to find retailers with human help that is also helpful. So when you find one, patronize them so that they can keep operating and keep the employees working.

Kohl’s always has a lot of inventory to choose from in every department. The sales are excellent, the employees are helpful and the store is immaculate.
