Mountain Spirits Liquors

We used Mountain Spirits Liquors for our wedding weekend (two nights - welcome party & reception) and cannot recommend them enough! They were efficient, easy to work with/communicate with, resourceful and fulfilled our order with absolutely no mistakes. We were thrilled at the ease of working with Heather & Aaron.

Great liquor store, great selection, and the most handsome staff around. Highly recommend a stop by-if only to look at their awesome bourbon selection.

What an amazing stock of IPAs. They had literally 15 different types of Outer Range, all sorts of awesome Crooked Stave stuff, and of course tons of Eddyline.

I seriously couldn't believe how many types of Outer Range they had, though. I live 40mins from Outer Range, Crested Butte is more like 3 hrs away, and they had probably double or triple the amount of Outer Range my local liquor store has.

We highly recommend Mountain Spirits for any occasion in Crested Butte. Aaron and Heather were terrific in picking wines, staying within our price point, and working with us while we were back here in Massachusetts and with our Wedding Planner Ciara of Lucky Penny Events. They had the order ready for pick-up the day of the wedding, and Cooper was great in taking back the unopened, un-chilled/non-iced wine and spirits the next day that we did not use. Thank you for all you help in making Robin and John's wedding a memorable day in Crested Butte!

We recently hosted our daughters wedding here in CB. Aaron and his team at Mountain Spirits Liquors provided all the beverages for the weekend. They did an outstanding job recommending the right selection of liquor, wines and beer for the event and delivered to the venue. Highly recommend them.

The selection of beer and wine seems to be meticulously curated. For such a small liquor store the quality and selection is amazing. Plus, the owner (I think) really knows his stuff when it comes to choosing wine. We're not going anywhere else when we're in CB!

It's our store and I love it. It's filled with expertly selected wine, beer and spirits. My favorite beer is probably the Triple Karmeliet it is so well balanced and flavorful. For Mimosa's I go for the Andre. If I'm looking for a refreshing cocktail I go for Club Soda and Deep Eddy's Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka, or my trusty standby is any good whisky with Fever Tree's Ginger Beer and a squeeze of lime. The Casamigos Blanca is my new favorite Tequila. The wine is where the store excels, it carries small batch vineyards. Many of which are organic or biodynamic because that is just how they've been doing it for years. There are amazing Syrahs, Malbecs, Barolos, Bordeauxs, Pinot Noirs, Pinot Gris, Pouilly Fuisses and the list goes on. It is hard to write this without a drink sitting next to me...please stop by and pick up your favorite beverage soon!

Great selection of wines. Not a huge amount but a lot of good Quality to choose from. You should be able to find anything you need.

Great in and out location with a great selection of wines. Knowledgeable staff too, with a sweet resident dog!
