Today I went to Walgreens in Williamstown. The Pharmacy Staff was busy, however, they were Professional, Polite and quick to serve my needs. I had a wonderful pharmacist, JA, who was so informative, professional and knew how to give a Pain Free Vaccine. I am so glad I went here for my shot. Looking forward to completing the Vaccination process. 5 STARS

It Was a great experience the staff are very kind and respectful. They do go out of their way for people they are very personable. And for having to learn a new system they are doing amazingly well. Thank you for a 5 star experience

When it was still rite aid I never had to wait for my meds,never was lines never had any issues and it was the same people which makes no sense. Now anytime I need my meds refilled god forbid it takes almost a week for me to get them,they call you a million times but you go there and there's either a mile long line and it's takes 20 minutes per person and half of them don't even get their stuff either. I've gone 3 times this week to fill one script that they've called me about 15x and each time I go in it's either a half hour wait or it's not even ready,and I've waited over a week for my anxiety meds and have yet to still get them so thanks a lot for that. And you guys don't even carry anything anymore at least before it switched over there was stuff in the store to look at and buy, now half the shelves are bare and I get ads about all these walgreens exclusive deals which they don't even carry ever. Bring back rite aid!!!!

*PHARMACY REVIEW* Not open on weekends anymore , the pharmacist was injured and out of the office for an extended period of time so pharmacy was closed for weeks at a time with no notice except when you stopped into Walgreens there was a note "pharmacy closed" with no explanation, short staffed and long lines(give yourself at least a 40 min window when picking up prescriptions), they send email/text notifications(repeatedly!!) that your prescriptions are ready for pick up then when you get there they are not filled or ready for pick up. Had a new prescription called in yesterday and called ahead today to make sure it would be available for pick up when I get out of work and was told "they haven't had access to their prescriptions in two days , have 70 prescriptions to fill...call back in a couple hours" then was hung up on. Thank God my prescriptions are not a matter of life or death!!!

They are consistently awful. Nice (some like Terri) but I am not convinced they know what they’re doing. Melanie is so self-important I leave now if I see her at the counter. She will make you wait forever if she can convince you she is doing something more important. My husband cannot wait for an hour in-line and who knows if they really contact your physician when you find out that they have not. I think they will have to close now with their reduced hours and endless lines.

Waited on the phone to speak to pharmacist for one hour, then got hung up on.
Went into store, my prescriptions weren’t ready after I called them in hours & hours previously.
They then told me that my meds would take “ten minutes” to fill…. Well, as you can imagine, “ten minutes “ turned into 40 minutes.
I’m working on switching my pharmacy needs to a different location. Very unsatisfied customer.
Ps…. My son called the pharmacy to speak to a pharmacist today& lo & behold…. He waited for 45 minutes without the phone being picked up!
Horrible service!

Since the change of "label" from Rite Aid to Walgreens, things have been bad (it seems as if regional management is trying to run off customers so they can close this store). Wait times for shots are very, very long. There are other, better options in the area.

*They DO NOT have the J&J vaccine!*

According to the CDC website, this is the only pharmacy/office in Berkshire County that has the J&J vaccine in stock. Their website has stated this all week, including today. I tried setting up an appointment to get this done and after filling out everything the website said it was Moderna. I called and selected option 1 (their Covid appointment and question line) with the intent of asking someone if they had it in stock. 15 minutes of repeating the spelling of my name and birthdate to an automatic answering system later, it still said Moderna. Ended up calling back and doing option 2 and the pharmacist confirmed they DO NOT HAVE THE J&J VACCINE, despite what the CDC website stated. Very disappointed as I cannot do the two dose due to the losing the ability to call out if I don't feel well from side effects because we are so short staffed at my work, I purposely wanted to get the J&J on this long holiday weekend so I wouldn't have to lose time at work/get yelled at by my boss for calling out. I'm so discouraged now, I guess I'm not getting vaccinated :/

Tried refilling my prescription and then the bot on the phone said it was connecting me to someone even though I entered my prescription correctly. I was on hold for twenty minutes and ultimately gave up. Very frustrating!

Absolutely the worst staff in the pharmacy!!!! They’re rude in person and on the phone. I asked simple question nicely and calmly and was barked back at with no answer to sit and wait. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF! If you can go anywhere else, even it is 30-60 mins away, DO IT! These people are ridiculously rude!

When it was Rite Aide, it was 4 stars. Never had any problems, never a long wait. Now, as Walgreens, it's terrible. Just overnight, it became the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. And it's the same people working there! WTH??

The pharmacy in incredibly understaffed. Understaffed is fine but they literally make you feel like they don't care. The lines are super long no matter the time of day.

I’ve been standing in the pick-up line for ten minutes and have yet to be acknowledged by any of the four employees, including the manager, behind the counter. Run, don’t walk, somewhere else.

Tried calling six times. Each time I asked for a person I was placed on hold then hung up on. Very annoying!
