I’ve shopped here a few times and it’s the BEST! The staff are genuinely helpful (with a smile) and I always seem to find what I’m looking for. I recently decided to purchase an arrangement for my Thanksgiving table from the flower department and not only did it last though Thanksgiving, it’s still up on my table today Dec 8th. I took the time to write a review because that really impressed me. I highly recommend this store. Cleaninliness 10, inventory 10, parking 10, quality 10, prices 10!

Holy Moly, one week in the past was yesterday, you have until the end of time, the pain was far away. Oh sorry 😞 for that, had flashback of my trance daze. So forth, one week ago I bought swordfish for a whopping 22.99 a pound; this week I bought it for a scorching 12.99 a pound because for being a loyal Shaws rewards member. Ooh wee 🕺🏻

I would like to compliment Denise who while bagging my purchase she noticed that register didn’t take off discount from few items on sale. She kindly asked Tanisha to help me to adjust price difference and also walked by to make sure that what she saw was correct. Denise is very kind, friendly, professional lady who’s not there just to do her hours but she clearly has a knowledge of transactions and excellent customer service. I have to say Show’s is lucky to have her in your team and I was also very lucky that she saved me $5 bucks. It’s nice to see someone like Denise who approaches customers with smile. Tanisha was also very professional. Please recognize this two hard working employees.

Pretty nice and well organized grocery store. I just wish they don’t use cinnamon breeze in the store. Otherwise nice Fall and Halloween decorations

It never changes always rude people that have no education, if you ask for something they always give you an attitude, so it just getting worse,everyday. Gets worse

I'm in Boston working the grocery store walking distance from my hotel it was the view that got me . And the prices are great very fast at the check out.

Always have fresh produce and meats every day they make fresh sushi. Deli department is always on point. I love this store and their customer service is great. I never go in there and have to ask for products. They’re always well-stocked and the bakery is amazing they make the most amazing cakes for such low prices.

They are cool people and they cash your check. Not like stop and shop where you have to wait 4 weeks for a yes or no answer. Mine was denied because I didn't social a lot out. Yay

Amazing produce and decent sales. A bit pricier than Stop And Shop but the quality shows. Shaw's U program is a must have for grocery money back. They do have one employee who has not been properly trained to get your Shaw U info at the register which is a heartbreak if you have points or coupons you're depending on. He's an older gentlemen, avoid him if you use Shaws U

I love this Shaw's! I shop here all the time. It's always clean, the produce is always fresh and of great quality. The bakery is great. And the shelves are well stocked and I can always find what I need. The few times I have needed to ask for assistance, the staff is as helpful and polite as you could want!

Shaws is a bit on the pensive side but their produce is top notch.

The service was excellent...the quality of the meats was very good and the price,s were were great... and every one was wearing their mask....one other thing i,liked was the isle were not cluttered with cart,s while the worker,s restocked shelves. That is a big deal to us elderly.when we don't have to maneuver around supply carts. Keep up...the work employees of shaws.you are appropriated by this shopper. Thank you....for all that you do.and your service.

Bathrooms could be cleaner! Service is very helpful 🙂 few items discontinued website needs to be updated.

Best neighborhood grocer I've experienced! I have shopped at Shaws chain forever as a Massachusetts native, the East Boston one is a STAND OUT! Beautifully kept, amazing selection, flower shop (Carla) is a gifted artist and went above! Produce section was bountiful! The staff and customers were all so friendly that I felt like I was on Sesame Street!

Many choices. Sea food, Black angus and more. Fresh and seasoned fruit. AA+

Good but prices are very high I'll pick up odds and ends but for shopping I will go to Market Basket

Big and spacious departmental store with multiple choice of grocery and other kitchen and cooking items in the neighbourhood.....with the best ambience....

They are right there, so close to me so that's obviously superb location. The store was clean and I saw multiple people I could have bugged had I needed help. A+ from me based on that. I'm a simple man and it's a grocery store. You really can't say bad things aside from them being dirty.

I love going there to do my grocery shopping. People working there are really nice and one feels treated with respect. Product improves constantly and they often have great sales. Their organic brand is phenomenal.

I have to say that the look of the store has improved 100% even the display of the produce and the quality of the produce looks great. Great job ☺ I just want to add that I do not get my cold cuts if a particular gentleman that has a gray beard and gray hair is working( I can't think of his name right now) every time I've gone in there and he's cut my cold cuts he always makes a face when I tell him to slice it thin always has an attitude with everyone. Well a few weeks ago I couldn't keep quiet anymore and I let him know it then I went to customer service to complain. It's not the first time I've complained about him but it was the first time I let him know it. he never Smiles always i mean always makes a face and has an attitude and I know alot of other people who feel the same way. Other than that I give it five stars
