CVS

Today I had a positive experience at CVS located at 6890 Miramar Parkway. Items were located easily , store was clean and Associates were pleasant and helpful. At check out I was assisted in using all my coupons and benefits and I noticed how the Cashier patiently assisted some elderly customers to do the same. When the check out line became a bit slow because of assisting the elderly, the manager came out of his office and offered to check persons who were not using cash. I was truly impressed by his actions. Excellent service. Thank you CVS staff.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was not disappointed, it was very clean and organized. A lovely lady that works there named Thamara assisted me with my purchase. She was very nice and helpful. CVS is lucky to have such an amazing staff member. I left a happy customer.

Sherie did my vaccination. She was very sweet. I felt bad for her because she was the only one there giving shots, causing people who were waiting to get mad, however she handle irritated patients with poise. Thank you for your service during this pandemic Sherie.

I've had very positive experiences with this pharmacy. The staff speaks clearly; is helpful and polite, and knowledgeable about their products. I am always made to feel important. For example, the staff goes out of its way to try to get me discounts on purchases and medications. It doesn't always work, but their effort is always followed by an apology. There is; however, a long wait time, which leads to my two negatives: the store is dark and there is no drive-thru. Otherwise, all's good. Thanks CVS!
