Stopped in on a whim after another lingerie store was quite lack luster. This place is absolutely packed with some of the best pieces I've seen. Their heel selection was mind blowing with gorgeous heels I never see in stores. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the store itself was impeccably clean, well organized, and had a spectacular selection of things. My new favorite lingerie and toy store!

I was very uncomfortable at first but this sweet lady (Teirra) had so much knowledge on the exact items I was interested in. It was extremely busy but she didn’t get overwhelmed and helped me understand the benefits and features of multiple products, to the point I felt extremely comfortable with my purchases. Thank you so much for everything and can’t wait til Valentine’s Day to see the happy look on my wife’s face!

The store it's self is only half as amazing as Queen VICTORIA!!! She is so knowledgeable about her products and she actually cares!!!! Weekdays before 5 go see her but don't cut into my QV time lol. Prices are the best I've seen too.

Came in, didnt feel rejected like other stores. Staff is friendly. They helped me fine really good deals throughout the store. Definitely my go to love shop!

Bring your next ex, bring your next in-law, hell, bring your mom. It'll be fun, I promise. Low key, always tastefully done and no prominent sleaze. See it's Mom appropriate. Just check out separately, cause I'll bet Mom already spotted something that ain't non of yo damn business.

I was surprised shopping at Groove. The employee who helped me was Corona. I am really shy and she made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I walked away with an unintended purchase and have come back several times. If you are nervous going into an adult store like I was try this place...you will be pleasantly surprised!

Patsy is the best. She always helps me find what I need and doesn't rush me into something I won't like. She's super friendly and extremely helpful. Its hard as a plus size woman to find nice lingerie, but its not a problem with the help of Patsy!

I walked into groove after not being in the store for quite some time the manager Victoria greeted me like an old friend I’ve noticed over the time that I’ve gotten to know her she treats everyone with respect and kindness for customer service skills are awesome things you cannot learn in school the way she handles customers I’ve seen nothing like it I wish other groove locations had a Victoria working for them

It’s was my first time in here and it was great! Cass helped me pick out an outfit for my girl and I love it definitely coming back👌

Great amazing place. A little bit of everything. Staff is very knowledgeable. It's a clean place to shop. My wife was also comfortable. She has never been to a sex store. So I chose this one.
