First of all, it was hard for me to send back anything did not receive a label second package I didn’t even bother opening it and now my account was charged 216.00 horrible try to get a hold of customer service no luck

Shipping is way too expensive. All the clothing runs small. So not only do you pay $10 to ship it to yourself, but you have to pay $10 to ship back when the outfit doesn't fit. To make matters worse, you only can get a store credit back on your return. I will never buy from here again...only to use my store credit, which a good portion is put to shipping.

Είχα κάνει παραγγελία 168.42 usd δεν αναγραφόταν πουθενά ότι περνάει τελωνείο, λαμβάνω μήνυμα από το τελωνείο της Αθήνας και μου λέει πρέπει να πληρώσετε περίπου στα 200€ και να προχωρήσει η παραγγελία. Θα πληρώσω πιο πολύ από την ίδια την παραγγελία ; Κάνω αίτημα να σταλεί πίσω μιλάω και με την εταιρία και ενημέρωσα πως θα ήθελα επιστροφή χρημάτων και συμφώνησαν, το λαμβάνουν το δέμα και περιμένω την επιστροφή χρημάτων όπου με είχαν ενημερώσει ότι τα μεταφορικα δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν και λέω οκ ήταν 37.92.
Άρα συνολικά αυτά που έπρεπε να μου επιστραφούν στην τράπεζα θα ηταν 130.50€. Και η επιστροφή που έγινε ήταν 121€ τα υπόλοιπα τα κράτησαν και δεν μου απάντησαν ποτε το γιατί, απλά έτσι τα κράτησαν.
