I like this store, I usually don’t have to speak to anyone, it’s pretty fast to give package them scan and give me a copy of proof of return. Copier always has paper and ink so I haven’t had any issues at all.

I could not ask for more helpful folks then at the Rockaway, NJ location on route 46.. They are courteous, engaged and sensitive to the fact that I am 76 and not very savvy with technology. They have always gone above and beyond to be helpful and I am so grateful. Not an easy job running a busy store, but they seem to take everything in stride and I have never had a problem with my items being returned to the right vendor.

They are fast, efficient, and all business, but I wouldn't say rude.

I went to get an i9 re-verification done and the experience was fast and painless. Was helped fast and environment was friendly for me. Don't let the other reviews steer you away because you might find it to be fine.

We had a great experience at this UPS location. We had an issue and needed a paper cutter. The Manager was very nice and let us use his paper cutter no questions asked. Truly appreciate his generosity.PB

I am not sure how people how reach conclusions based on the look of a person! Some of the reviews are very derogatory or based on assumptions because of their lack of knowledge or feeling entitled.
For me, based on several years of going to this store, I was always greeted with respect and the packages were handled properly and quickly.

The staff at this location are very fast and efficient. The younger gentleman helped me pack and ship three large boxes down to Georgia and was professional, courteous, and thorough. I figured I'd be there for 30 minutes since I had so much stuff but was out in less than 10 minutes. Highly appreciated, I recommend this store to anyone in the area.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE! I had a very expensive, large and fragile item which required pick-up from a nearby auction house, packed and shipped. This was an antique item which I purchased from another state and I needed it ASAP. Joe and his team could not have been more accommodating. They were able retrieve my item from the auction house, double box as per my instructions and ship the same day! The lamp arrived perfectly intact and wrapped as per my instructions. They did a great job and I couldn't have asked for better service. I spoke to Joe and later two other employees who called with my shipping quotes and then for final total and all were very accommodating. Fantastic courteous staff and they all went the extra mile for this rush delivery! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will definitely be using them again when purchasing out of state auction items near Rockaway. Great service! Thank you very much! Highly recommend for all your shipping needs! 5 STARS ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have used this location twice. I expected to have a hard time after reading the previous reviews. The older gentleman assisted me both times. They all seemed friendly enough to me.

After reading all the negative comments, I prepared myself for a miserable experience. Instead I was served immediately by a friendly employee who took care of my packages politely and efficiently. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Had a great experience... not sure why there aren’t more 5 star reviews. Joe the owner helped ship a fragile package across country and saved me some money by suggesting a different shipping box. Great experience and will be going back again.

Th staff at this store is awesome. Totally focused on the customer’s needs. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I came here for finger prints. Mr. Smail helped me out. The process literally took 2 minutes. Tech has far advanced from ink, thank God! Overall experience was Fantastic, thank you.

Working in the UPS store is not easy. They work very hard, and I appreciate all their help.

Staff is very efficient at handling Amazon returns and other packages.
