I called ahead to verify that they had the case and screen protector available for my new replacement phone. I had limited time available to me at lunch ( less than 30min). The guy at the store had me in and out quickly enough to get something to eat. Thank you Russell cellular Verizon store.

My ipad has been ‘locked up’ for over a year and after much manipulation Leonard was able to remove the restricting ID’s, leaving it free for me to once again input my own. Nothing’s ever that easy with these devices and I went back the next night and Christy entered my ID, removed all the ‘blocks’ that had been placed there (remotely) and in 15 minutes I had a working device once again.

Leonard always takes time to answer questions snd explain options. I have gone to him for years now because I can trust him. Today he helped me with a new IPad over the phone since I lIve in Texas and am unable to travel to Tennessee at this time

Leonard is a true cell phone master. In the time that I was there , I watched him singlehandedly troubleshoot and fix the problems on three different cellphones while activating my phone. The man never skipped a beat, and seemed to be enjoying himself at the same time. It was a pleasure watching someone so deftly handle the problems on these small devises that bully us mere mortals. It's so nice to know that I have a cellphone guy now. If anyone is having problems I will urge them to search out Leonard and watch their cellular woes disappear.

Outstanding service. Answered all my questions about my interests in what phone I needed which resulted in me buying the S21+ 5G. I am aware of 5G not being everywhere but when it happens, I have a phone that will work.
