Dresden EW James & Sons

Good place and great people. Normally, they have almost everything you need in food stuff.

This store while a little higher priced on some items than wal mart offers a more personal grocery experience. They have pick 5 foe 19.95 items still and that's a bargain in itself. The quality of their meats is far better than any other chain of stores and I'd prefer to go here than fight the crowds at the bigger stores anyhow. Highly 10/10 recommend getting your groceries here. Be sure to check out the deli area, they have awesome food and a good selection of sandwich meats and cheeses cut to order.

Great store! It has lots of variety. My wife and I have been shopping there since it opened.

Had a reunion with friends down every aisle lol. If I can ever get the new layout of the aisles down pat it will be much better.
There is nothing like a small town trip to the market. The employees treat you like family.

Very clean and well stocked grocery. Employees are friendly and helpful. Really great fresh produce department. Meat department has good quality meats. We shop here frequently.

I enjoy my visits to this store. The cashiers are always pleasant. They have a very special bagger Alex I love when he carries my stuff out. John in the meat dpt is always eager to help you when you can't find what you are looking for and does a great job when you have him special cut some meat .. great job

I have shopped at this store forever. Always great service and product availability,great associates THROUGH OUT the store to assist folks or answer questions.NOT ANYMORE !!! Their update to the store was needed for the freezer sections for sure.UPDATED on 11-23-2022 From most recent shopping trip. I SPENT $199 something on the 13 ,our benefit day.ON THE 14th I HAD $365 DEDUCTED IN BROOKLYN NEW YORK. EBT REP SAID "STOLEN".THEY SAID CARD SKIMMING,THEY HAD MY PIN NUMBER ,HOW ?? Always friendly but the prices are getting outrageous,oh my I have been having to shop somewhere,it's a shame really 10 minutes down the road cost half of what it is there,they should not do the people of Dresden this way,never any slack at all with them.

Wonderful grocery store! Always clean and well stocked. There's not much of the basics I can't find here and the associates are always friendly!

I'm from MO and we are not used to the service we got with this place! They did everything including loading the groceries in the car for you! Apparently that's the norm in TN but for me, it was amazing to get such great service!

Checkout is always fast and friendly. They carry hard to find brands and specialty items. For example I had looked at Martin Wal mart and Jackson Wal mart for molasses and neither store had it (plus 3 store workers I asked in Jackson wouldn't even go look for it). EW James had molasses! Excellent meat too! Love that they still carry your groceries to your car! That service is so important for the elderly and others with disabilities, pain, arthritis, etc.

Enjoy the feeling of being remembered. They are very nice and real. Grocery is varied and they will actually listen if you ask for an item to be looked in to.

EW James and Sons is the best store to do your grocery shopping. The meat department is far better and has fresher meat than any other store around.

We like shopping at EW James stores for their selection and customer service. Not like the big chain stores!! More neighborly!! We especially like the Greenfield store for their meat selection!!
