I have never had anything but fast and friendly business at the UPS.

I read the story five because I had a girl help me. She was fantastic. She figured out how to fax everything to the person I need to fax it to and then she told me it was like a dollar a page and then it was like so many pages and she did all the work and it was like 55 but you know what kiss the $55 away and let the girl get the money because it was terrifex service. Terrific!

I want to thank Greg the clerk who helped us with all our shipping needs at the Lincroft store. Our family was tending to the estate of my Mother and it was an emotional time for us all. Greg was very informative and helpful to meet our needs for shipping. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. I needed a sewing machine in a cabinet shipped to Colorado and he took great care in cushioning it to protect all parts. It arrived safely.

Mike was kind enough to send my mail to me when I was unable to visit the store in person. Thank you Mike1 Everyone is so gracious and does a great job wether shipping locally or around the world. Best.

Great selection of products. Even had Crepe Myrtle. Beautiful, full hanging plants.

Every time I go to ups the service people are excellent. That is the only ups store I would choose.

Is Scott okay? Or any of these employees? I get that it’s busy with Amazon orders but why not have the decency to reply when a customer says “hi! How are you?” And “thanks, have a good one”. Not one word exchanged at checkout. Check on your employees they seem broken :(

Worst customer service, it is deplorable and outright shameful.

The lady threw my package back across the table after refusing to refund the shipping cost due to a blatant error on their part.

When the package clearly states To/From and you input the addresses into your screen incorrectly, how does the mistake now fall on the customer? Why would someone mail a package back to themselves??

Utter incompetence.

UPS corporate relations take note of your incompetent and disrespectful employees.

I'll be honest I usually have a good experience here, but on 11/23 I dropped off an Amazon return consisting of 2 boxes of Christmas lights that valued $215. I also purchased a box from them, in which they would box them up and ship out. They scanned the label from my phone, gave me my receipt and I left. A week later I checked the tracking number and it showed nothing, so I went back to the store to see what the issue was. They weren't much help, even saying that they do not show a transaction containing my tracking number on that day, they called customer service to see if they could put a trace on it but obviously that wouldn't work because the employees never even scanned my package in to ship out. When I asked, "so if UPS can't locate anything I'm pretty much out of luck?" He responded "I don't like to say that, but I apologize." Doesn't really do me any good, I hate to think they stole the package but just doesn't make sense that they show no transaction at all that day. My mistake was throwing out my receipt, but being that I had the tracking number I didn't think I would need it. Going forward I won't have them pack up my packages, and make sure you keep the receipt!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never in my life encountered such bad customer service from the female that was working the morning of 1/4/23.
I will be contacting corporate for the way she spoke to me and treated me. She needs to be reprimanded or better yet fired.

On Saturday Aug 3rd 2019 I requested a package delivery on Sunday. My package was accepted by UPS. However, the package was not delivered until Monday. I should have been notified if Sunday delivery was not possible.

Called the store asking if they wait for few minutes past closing time - they said yes. Closed door on me 3 min after normal closing time right in my face. What a service. :(
