AT&T Store

I had broken my phone right before the holidays (because of course), and I needed help getting a new phone, and my old data transferred, and I got helped by Briana. She was the sweetest and helped me out. It took about an hour, and she walked me through the whole process and was super friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Best of the best service here n Browns Mills staff here the most supportive service I've seen anywhere so far Manager Noelle and Sales Representative Bri were on the money with customer service never an issue walking on a walk in and I Love to walk in there thy always keep it clean and lively good talks satisfaction in the job being done

This store is one of the best cell phone companies stores that I have ever been to. Noelle and Tressa are one of the sweetest and kindest customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure that you leave the store. Happy. A++++. Thank you very much for all you guys do. I will continue coming to the store.

I have been a happy AT&T customer for two years. I have always gone to the store in Bordentown and have received excellent service time and time again. I went into the store and was quickly greeted and serviced. The manager Noelle was very knowledgable, Professional and patient. She went above the call of duty to investigate my suspended line and Provide all the info for me to get a new phone via trade in. It is a relief having a store so close. I've been with att for years and I stumbled into the Bordentown store a while back where Tress was working at the time. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Well what do you know I go in to the Browns Mills location and there she is! Again very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the manager of the location Noelle, super friendly and also super knowledgeable and helpful! 10 out of 10 recommend this location!

I’m so impressed with the customer service I’ve received at this location. My grandmother has dementia & Tressa was so patient & kind to her. My grandma was tickled pink at how well Tressa guided her in the right direction..not only is the customer service absolutely amazing but the store design is simply divine..thank you so much for treating my grandma with such respect.

I went in to do an upgrade, Aidan was the one who helped me, he was extremely knowledgeable and went through the whole process throughly with me. He showed he cared, and answered every one of my questions. If you ever go to this location I highly recommend asking for Aidan, along with his outstanding manager who also helped along the way Noelle.

Great staff. Went here earlier today and we were able to get our phones upgraded and fixed quickly. We almost had to travel to moorestown for an in stock iPhone but this location saved us the trip and our sanity. Thank you for everything we appreciate you help!

I had a great experience at AT&T in Browns Mills. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a delightful salesperson named Nina, she was very helpful and very informative.
