Very Nice Employees. Brittany was the one who took care of me. I had to travel almost 2 hours to and from because my local AT&T store was closed. She was very attentive and helped me with a new phone. I would recommend her and AT&T to my friends and Family.

Amber at the Oneida Tennessee store was amazing. I was apprehensive because I was switching carriers and getting a new phone. I figured I’d have to kiss at least half of my day goodbye. Amber and her professionalism eased my fears at once. She made the transition seamlessly and quickly, all while explaining every step and what I could expect in every aspect of the transaction and becoming an AT&T customer. Did I mention she did it quickly? I left with my new phone and all of my content transferred from my previous phone, completely confident in my decision to switch carriers, and with free time on my hands! All thanks to Amber!

Staff here are always very friendly and helpful. They have gone the extra mile numerous times for me with AT&T service issues, billing questions, upgrades. They will professionally install a screen protector in rapid time. Highly recommend you give this store a try before heading out of town for AT&T products.
