The pharmacist Melissa is the absolute best pharmacist in town. She goes above and beyond to help people. I’ve never in my life meet such a hardworking respectful pharmacist in my life. I never do reviews but she really deserves some recognition. No matter how busy they are she makes sure to answer questions thoroughly and she actually cares about people and there needs. It is because of her I will never leave this pharmacy. She actually has helped me with an issue that the doctor that I paid thousands of dollars to couldn’t. She is the absolute best hands down.

2nd St Store. More accommodating.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for years and I am also a regular customer. I recently transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because I got tired of waiting in a line of 5 Plus people or a drive-thru line wrapped around the whole building every time I went. Also, prescriptions that I would have on autofill would be auto filled and then say that it was too soon to refill. It was issue after issue with them. There is a lot of good people that work there but I feel that they are way overworked and way understaffed and I feel for some of them employees. Today I went in to make sure that all of my prescriptions had been transferred to the other pharmacy and the lady told me that she did not have time to check all of those. I mean when would you have time? if I call up there nobody ever answers. every time I call up there I'm on the phone for 30 minutes waiting on somebody to answer. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received there in the past year but I also want to give so much credit to some of the employees there that have great customer service and really do try even though they are way too busy to possibly even provide good customer service.

Walgreens pharmacy took a week and a half to fill one prescription for Farxiga for me. On my next visit I was told that my medication was on back order. My following visit again was told another of my medicines was on back order. This was for my Dexcom sensors something that shouldn't take a week to get. Then I gave them yet another chance and went in to hear your insurance doesn't want to cover my Metformin. Something as simple as just keeping diabetic medicine in stock is to much to ask of them. I will never go back to Walgreens nor would I recommend them to anyone wanting or needing medicine in a timely fashion.

In the store this past Sunday. Not 1 pharmacy employee was wearing a mask. And THOSE PEOPLE are filling scripts??! Shame on you
