Awesome staff very clean store and very well stocked

Was at the location at 12:45pm on March 5th... Lady at the counter offered no help at all. I was trying to load my cash app card and was met with "nope we don't do it". Ask is it down or something nope go somewhere else not here pointing at the door. A shame because I live close by and won't come back...

Nice visiting this location again where sense of urgency is always present. It was a little crowded...I assumed because of the price of gas (it was a couple of cents below the competition price)...nowadays every penny counts. The store was clean and organized, there were two customers service associates working about everything right. Love this place!!!.However today 07/25/2022 at or around 3:20 pm I visited the store to conduct some business and I had the worst customer service experience ever at 7-Eleven store number 38492,I went inside the store there were 2 customer service associate and nobody greeted me but still I was polite and I said "Good Afternoon " and nobody answered, an employee named Shoundra(apologies if misspelled)came over so I made eyes contact and I said "Good Afternoon! How are you?" ,she never answered still looked at me with a smirk after that I just walked away and called 7-Eleven customer service complaints hot line I spoke to Ms Paula I failed a complaint and now I'm waiting for a contact back. I'm an Assistant General Manager for RaceTrac but I live in Hollywood FL and I always support businesses in my neighborhood.
