As a very long long long time customer, I would not recommend this place as tonight they yelled profanities at my daughter but then told me to leave their establishment. Okay, you coped an attitude for her asking for a receipt man!!!! Then told me, "it's on camera," I don't give a care what it's on, you were rude!!!!! Never will I ever go here or the one adjacent to the ONE STOP with the liquor store. They are connected with family. I know them from school. Big mistake!!!!!

This gas station on the corner of Inner Perimeter and North Oak Street Ext has
the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy that works there is very rude. He definitely does not need to be behind that counter. His lack of customer service skill is sad. I will never go there anymore. This man does not know how to talk with you. He needs to attend a class on Customer Service. Please, please, please don't spend your money at this establishment. Especially when someone is so rude that he doesn't acknowledge your presence. Yet, he definitely wants your money. I drive an extra mile or two to keep me from spending my money at this gas station.

They deserve a 0 star but get the minimum of 1. I’ve never had issues pumping gas before but today, owner/worker comes out and tells me that they have people to do that. He made me stop pumping gas in my car and when I asked where the attendees were, he tells me they’re all full. He very rudely walks away angry over nothing. I looked for a sign that says this and there was none. I also went around to see where the supposed attendees were and there were none. Overall, bad experience with a very rude little man.

Update your hours. It's ridiculous that I walk all the way over multiple times and you're still not open over an hour past your "opening" time. If you changed your hours, that's fine but for the love of God change your hours online and on signs.

I thought it was just a bad day a few months ago, but you have still not updated your hours, or your employees don't come in till 1.5 hours after they're supposed to. I've never seen a worse gas station

Stopped to use bathroom with my mom who is in a wheelchair. Employee said they had no water for bathroom. Asked her what she did all day. She then said we could use it after I informed her it was an emergency. Another gentleman followed us to the bathroom and told us to " Keep it clean". I told him that was not necessary and was rude. He angrily repeated " keep it clean".

WORST GAS STATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ❗ I never been treated so rudely from just asking for assistance on a scratch off. Once it was time to pay instead of nicely telling me they don’t take card just cash the associate started TO YELL AT ME AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT INFRONT OF 3 other customers.

This location has the worst customer service. The man is always mean and nasty. I spend to much money playing lottery and I’ll take my money 💰 somewhere else before EVER spending my money 💴 there again!!!

NEVER NEVER!!DONT EVER GO THERE. I BOUGHT A COKE IT WAS FLAT .I HAD JUST STEPPED OUTSIDE AND TOOK A SIP. I WENT BACK IN ASKED FOR my MONEY BACK AND THE GUY ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO YELL AT ME. WOULD NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK..
